The staff was phenomenal. The room was spacious and had a nice large screen tv
The bathroom was way too small. When you opened the door it almost hit the toilet. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and my wife and I did not get a good nights rest. The refrigerator was very noisy all night. There was stains on the bed comforter and the shower curtains had mold on it. The breakfast was fair.
We've stayed here multiple times to visit family. The staff that greeted us this time, Henri and Allen were very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the rooms, entry area, and dining area keep us coming back. Great to have 24 hour coffee/tea/lemon water available plus they have good choice of snacks you can buy. There are some areas that could use updating (chairs in dining room) but that won't stop us from choosing this hotel.
The breakfast would be better if they'd add more meat options. Two of our days were sausage and eggs plus the heat up breakfast sandwich choices in the frig were all sausage. Third morning had bacon and eggs, good change.

Staff are super friendly. Always asking how you are doing, if you need anything or if there are any issues with your stay.
Breakfast was decent. Waffle machines, cooked sausage, bacon and eggs. Cereal, fruits and breaded products. There are also pre made sausage and egg biscuits, burritos and pastries if you need a quick breakfast.
Hotel is a little on the edge of st Pete, but has good access to major roadways, restaurants and shops so it’s great for a short stay.
Overall a nice place to stay.
We came over memorial weekend, so the price of the stay was quite high, I’m sure it would be less if you’re staying outside of a national holiday.
Breakfast area is a little small, would get quite busy as the room only seats 30 or so people.
It smelled great as you walked in and everywhere you went. It was very clean. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was great. It was very quiet. The breakfast had many options, hot breakfast, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, microwave options as well. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Easy access to I-275 and about 20 minutes from the Tampa airport. Facility and room was in better condition than I expected. Staff very friendly. Restaurant choices are many but requires a drive of about 5 minutes, nothing within walking distance. My negative impressions from years ago about Comfort Inn are fading away.
Price was higher than I liked but it was similar with the market. Driving is required for restaurants.
Bathroom is small and the bathtub had a dingy look to it. The toilet was not good.
