Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott

I paid thru expedia and was told I owed more when I got there.

no road noise very quiet.

Check in was seamless. Staff was very polite.

The property was nice but it needs to be updated. We had a couple of issues with the doors working with our key card but not a big deal. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool seemed to have a film on it and it was a weird green color, maybe from the chemicals??

The key cards wouldn't work to get in the room. After several attempts, the manager was able to finally get the door open.

Rooms were nuce and clean. Large bathroom.

Just ok. Pool was not available. Bathroom lites not working. You did not cancel a reservationI had the night before costing me $171.80. I will not recommend you. I intend to post this on social media and BBB.

It was a lovely stay. Staff were nice and welcoming. They accidentally charged me twice. I forgot to mention I already paid through Expedia and they said they canceled the charge. But it’s still pending.. other than that it was a great stay.

The staff did not honor my reservation of a room with two queens and one sofa bed because they gave it away. They then gave me two rooms each with king beds and a pullout sofa. In the of the night someone opened my door but thankfully was unable to come in because I had put the swing bar lock on. This caused my son and I so much panic I thought someone was breaking in and going to harm us!! I have never been so scared in my life. Definitely the worst night of my life being woken up to someone opening your door and the sound of them having trouble back and forth with the swing bar lock is something I will never forget. the phone in the room rang. I tried to answer but the cord was so loose from the handset, it just fell out. I called front desk and they said my room was “unoccupied”. Whoever put me in my room apparently didn’t do this properly in your system !

This property needs a major upgrade. We got in late and had to switch rooms because the first room was dirty, wallpaper was falling off the wall, the carpet was wet and the pull out couch bed had stains on it and the vent in the bathroom had dust and wasn’t cleaned. The second room wasn’t much better but it was already too late traveling with kids. For being apart of Marriott Bonvoy and staying at other locations it is very disappointing.

Outdated, not maintained, mold/mildew in bath tub/shower, breakfast options limited and staff smoking outside entrance. Luggage carts were like triangle airport ones and no staff at front desk at arrival or departure. Bed was comfy because it was old - definitely the worst Fairfield I’ve stayed in —

They did not have my Marriott membership number with my reservation. It is in my account,must not have been shared by Orbitz

Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is that the hotel is starting to look a bit worn and dated. However, I would stay here again.

Great stay

Room smelled bad, ac unit is super loud, credit card had to been ran multiple times because of computer issues. Wouldn’t stay again.

Easy to get from the highway.

Clean room, comfy bed and linens, room/facility a little tired but outstanding desk and breakfast staff
