Locatie was top, personeel aardig. Kamer met 2 aparte (grote ) bedden was ruim!

Confortable mais décevant
Pros:

La literie était très bonne, l’emplacement : arrêts de bus à maximum 5 minutes à pieds. L’une des réceptionniste était adorable. On a pu déposer nos bagages le 1er jour en arrivant et aller se balader les mains libres bien avant de faire le check-in. Idem le dernier jour.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très cher (presque 20 livres par personne), l’offre sur booking correspond au petit déjeuner continentale, si vous voulez la version anglaise il faudra en plus ajouter 5 livres. Allez plutôt prendre le breakfast chez Bill’s ou ailleurs: c’est moins cher et meilleur. Le simple vitrage dans la chambre laisse passer le froid, la salle de bain aurait mérité un peu de soin (abattant des wc cassé, baignoire très abîmée, fenêtre rafistolée, peinture défraîchie…). N’oubliez pas de mettre le « do not disturb » sur la porte sinon on vient frapper chez vous pour faire la chambre, et la personne ne parle pas bien anglais, difficile de lui faire comprendre qu’il faut qu’elle revienne plus tard.

Is this all you get in London for £200+ a night now??
Pros:

Location was good with attractions nearby and plenty of tubes stations.

Cons:

All of the Grange hotels feel worn and neglected. Cracked walls, tired décor and heavily worn carpets give the properties a bleak, slightly depressing atmosphere, and it’s clear that most of them are overdue for significant refurbishment. The rooms appeared clean at first glance, but the underlying issue is that much of the furniture and fittings are simply old and well past their best.

The staff also seemed disengaged. Interactions were quiet and minimal, with little of the basic hospitality you would normally expect in a hotel. There were no smiles, conversations were barely audible, and simple courtesies were often missing—such as being shown to a table at breakfast.

Breakfast itself was good in terms of food quality and portion sizes. However, the buffet area was often messy and not cleared or tidied regularly, which detracted from the overall experience.

With investment in refurbishing the décor and proper training in hospitality and service standards, these hotels could be improved considerably. As it stands, the overall impression is one of tired properties that are not being managed to their full potential.

Good hotel for location and a base when in London
Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

L'emplacement, le personnel, la taille de la chambre, la possibilite de dormir avec nos enfants dans une grande chambre. Le petit dejeuner continental copieux.

Cons:

La chambre en sous sol (nous n'avions pas été informés) en compensation elle etait spacieuse et tres agréable malgré le peu de lumière du jour. Les matelas à changer.

Great location, friendly staff. They upgraded our room to a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

For one night it wasn’t bad but i think i’d save my money next time and just go to a premier inn.
Pros:

Good location, close to st pancras station close to the tube station as well. Staff were friendly and were very accommodating with leaving luggage before check in and after check out.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, stains on the walls and curtains. Stains in the toilet and mold in the bathroom. Problem with air conditioning so the room was extremely warm in even mid february. Kettle took a while to boil as well waited about 10 mins for a brew.
