Pros:

The entire stay was fine, except that the elevator did not work, but we had no problems. They gave us a discount for accepting the third floor.

Cons:

Noise from other rooms late into the night, but I don't think the hotel can control that.

Elevator not working since October. We were notified 2 days before arrival! I might not have booked due to stair climbing issues. But, they were able to accommodate us on first floor.

Cons:

If I had booked directly with the hotel instead of a third party the rate might have been negotiable, for example a senior rate or AAA discount. But that was not a problem with the hotel.

Cons:

I didnt like that the swimming pool was out of service. The main reason why me and my wife picked this specific hotel was to experience the swimming pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to.

Great location off the Highway 50. Large rooms, not great breakfast!
Pros:

Great location to SFO airport but set back from the road. Great to be close to lots of great restaurants too.

Cons:

Breakfast! Paper plates and plastic cups isn’t about looking after the environment it’s about saving costs on staff.
Not a great deal of choice for breakfast
