My booking email stated check in was available from 12pm onwards, wasn't the case when we showed up at half 2 and was told to wait until 3pm. We got into our room by half 3 as it wasn't ready at the correct time.. communication was poor, we had to ask for updates as were forgotten about even though we were sat in front of them in the lobby.
Great location and fabulous staff. Kara and Faheem were exceptional and really made our stay special. The hotel is new (previously a Holiday Inn) and was truly lovely. Beds super comfortable, good level of comfort in the standard double room and quiet at night. The restaurant is lovely and the food we had was good. Definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here when I am next in London.
Clean and comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast, smooth and efficient check in, and Sandra was amazing! Very helpful and delivered a warm welcome with a huge smile! Will definitely be back
Newly opened hotel - had only been open a week when we stayed and there were a few teething troubles. However, everything was corrected with an apology and a smile. The room was pretty quiet and the bed was comfortable. It had been freshly decorated and was clean.
We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel on a meal deal. This made it very reasonable cost-wise. The food was tasty and there was a good selection to choose from. Service was pretty slow, but the chefs did come to apologise (1 was new, so was learning and not yet up to speed)
With the hotel being a little bit out of the centre, we weren't sure if travel would be a problem, but we got the bus directly from the V&A pretty much straight to the hotel, and then we got the tube back in the morning - the tube station was about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
All in all, a lovely stay with warm and welcoming staff.
On the first evening we were assigned a room where the heating was not working. The central air conditioning was blowing cold air. When we reported the issue at reception, we were told that it was broken and nothing could be done except giving us extra blankets. The room was so cold that we could not even undress; we slept fully dressed and were unable to take a shower. Fortunately, the following day, after I insisted, they changed our room.
The breakfast is advertised as unlimited and plentiful, but in reality it was quite average. In particular, the hot milk/coffee machine kept running out, and we constantly had to call the staff to refill it. They really need to improve the service and organization, especially since the hotel is always full of guests.

Nice staff, breakfast is great. Carpet and sofa bed has multiple stains. Pictures of room gave the impression of a larger room.

For the 6 nights stay, we only asked for housekeeping for 2 times. We had two twin beds. One of the beds was not fixed at the first time.
Great room, beds, air con, shower, breakfast, luggage storage. Staff were extremely kind helpful and friendly. Strict on check in and check out times but stores luggage.
Only downside was 7/8 minutes to tube station which was a pain with bags. West Kensington also has only steps no lift or escalator. Buses closeby.
Really poorly maintained hotel. Frequently use IHG hotels due to the brands usually high standards in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. This hotel falls significantly below expectations. As others have suggested hotel needs a renovation. The hotel room was dirty with a stained sofa and various markings on the wall. Bed was comfortable and had good night sleep, bathroom was clean - shower pressure good.
The breakfast/bar area is really poor - gives off shameless vibes. Breakfast itself was also disappointing coffee watery and weak - watery beans, hash browns soggy and bacon inedible. If you’re thinking of booking here due to the “free breakfast” I wouldn’t bother. We didn’t use it after the first experience. There are much better hotels in the area for a similar price point. We won’t be back to this hotel.
Did not like the property. It was far from anything. The room was too small, NO closet space, we have to leave everything in the suite case and it was very inconvenience.

Good location, 5-8 mins walk to tube station. lots restaurant, groceries store near by and open late. good lights around the area. The hotel also has good breakfast.
Not very spacious, old facilities, need upgrade to nowadays standard. TV is about 27"!?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to the Underground, with the West Kensington station a quick walk away. The breakfast is satisfying.
A great hotel for the money, with reasonably priced parking as well. Rooms are a decent size. Bed is comfy enough. Everything is clean, but a little bit worn.
You're not in the centre of London, but the tube station is a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well.
Heathrow is just 20-30 minutes away, if you want to stay in London either before or after flying.
The EV chargers in the on-site parking haven't worked since 2022 - which is a bit annoying. But there are chargers directly outside the hotel if required.
