Would have rather slept in my car
Cons:

The hallways smelled like animal pee. The elevator flooring tile was cracked and missing chunks. The free breakfast (hot options) was biscuit and gravy and a sad microwaved egg. The location was next to a parking lot where cars were doing donuts and burning out tires until well after 11pm. The pool was closed and by the looks of it the water disgusting. The gym was a closet.

Low standards with closed amenities
Pros:

The location fit perfectly for the activities we were there for in both directions as a middle point. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. As for anything else was well below the standards of any Holiday Inn we have stayed at.

Cons:

From the start after check in we learn that one of the biggest reasons we choose this hotel versus the others in the area was for its pool and breakfast. Find out the pool is closed for an in disclosed amount of time, the breakfast pancake maker is not working, juice machine is broken, and the food options were okay. The elevator was very shakey, broken tiled floor that luckily didn't cut our feet but easily could. The room felt bare minimum on cleaned. The bathroom tile floors were all broken, moving under your feet, and some coming up. Moldy corners, very low sink pressure, and half the towels were definitely not cleaned as two still had red lipstick and.other smudges on them despite being rolled up and ready for use. We decided it was not worth trying to use the gym as first appearance was messy and cluttered, and on our last day it finally looked cleaned up. Overall, for being an IHG hotel this location was far below the acceptable rate they had us pay for.

Not worth the price!
Pros:

The bright spot for this hotel was the breakfast host and the food provided. It was disappointing that the pancake machine was broken.

Cons:

We booked this hotel for the sole purpose of the indoor pool which was not in service and were not notified of that fact. Took too long to check in and none of our rooms had towels. There was still trash in one room and the air conditioner did not cool the room; just made a lot of noise. This hotel was overpriced for how shabby it has become.

Fine.
Pros:

The property was okay on cleanliness. The indoor pool was shut down which was really the whole reason I booked with them, the beautiful pool. Breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast. I never received my 25$ deposit even though me and my boyfriend took care of the room and cleaned the majority of our mess before we checked out.

Cons:

Never received my deposit back but never got a reason as to why

The shower had great water pressure.

Property was not clean and not maintained. The deadbolt didn’t work properly and there were water damage in the bathroom. Lighting in the was very dim.

Not returning.
Cons:

Pool was not maintained so we could not swim. Breakfast was poor and pancake maker was broken. One of the lights blinks off and on and was giving me a headache. No phone in the room. Could not call front desk.

Old and outdated. Bathroom was not clean and there were open safety pins on the floor. One of the two beds was on the floor, no frames. The other bed was on a broken frame. We did not stay. Ask for a refund but have not heard from them yet

Don't waste your money.

Room was extremely dirty, visibly soiled. Used dental picks on bathroom floor, hair in tub/shower, open safety pins on floor beside beds. Approx 4 inch metal bedframe piece was sticking out on the left side and was covered with dust ruffle, we noticed this when my husband injured his shin on it. Bed frame was broken and mattress did not sit fully on frame, leaned to side. No extra bedding provided on request for sofa. Spoke with front office who stated there were no available rooms, but we could move the next day or checkout early. We chose to checkout early, but have yet to be refunded for our 2nd night as the hotel stated.

Won’t go back. Property was run down looking!
