You booked us in a motel that was under construction. We told you the property sent you an e-mail and you still couldn’t figure it out. Poor information management which cost me around over $125 and nobody and i mean no body cared to figure this out. So you should change your commercials to we’ll book you anywhere even if the place is closed for construction. You deserve an F for the way you treated me and I have been using your service for over 10 years. Shame on you. I also know this is just a try to make you look better. But you can’t . I guarantee this is as far as this opinion goes and that sucks ☠️
Wasn’t open closed for construction
Facility was shut down when we got there so did not get breakfast.
Facility could have been open or someone could have communicated that it was closed!
The price was low for this caliber of hotel
There's nothing not to like
It’s close to the outlets and restaurants.
Location. Proximity to the mall , restaurants, shopping, our family’s home & Buc-ees!
The pool & hot tub were drained & closed
There was a very strong musty smell in the hotel.
Quiet and clean
The inside pool was closed.
Broken floor tiles in bathroom need to be fixed. I was afraid my feet were going to get pinched, and the bathroom door would get stuck on the floor tile because it had popped up
Close the the silver saloon
The do not have a bar area.
