I liked the fact that the property is situated near different restaurants and easy access to the highway. The breakfast was amazing and staff was so friendly. My stay was comfortable. I would definitely go back.
The only concern that I had was that the hotel is dated and the shower water pressure seas not quite the way I would like it.

I liked everything
The elevator was not working and they put me on the 3rd floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs.
Location to our vacation activities, called for late check in amd staff notied on reservation
Elevator was out of order and we were given last two rooms on third floor. Ice machine out of order. Bathroom had some kind of powder on the door. Towel rack with dry in the shower is odd. Pull out couch l, was more a pull out love seat with springs missing and weird stains ( food, or something on mattress protector and Torn. The air conditioner was sounding like it was on its last leg ( having trouble cooling down)
Some might say the hotel needs updating. I would argue that's its classy and authentic vintage 90s vibe has been very well maintained. It was nostalgic. Clean, cozy, good value. The airport shuttle was punctual and convenient. I enjoyed my stay.
The shower head made me laugh out loud.

Room was clean. That is the only plus about this hotel.
No restaurants nearby to walk to, no complimentary water, breakfast ended too early (9:30), most hotels have breakfast until at least 10:00, and no coffee available like most hotels. Desk staff acted like they didn’t like their jobs at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, you should have more amenities.

Perfect location for us. Quiet enough even being on Sunrise highway.comfortable and clean rooms.
If you use the sitting area in the lobby the sofas are a bit tired looking. If they were my couches
I'd replace them. Especially with rooms over $ 150 per night.Breakfast was not worth taking time for.... hey we're in New York... there's too many good food choices out in Lynbrook and the area to enjoy!

My room was not cleaned during my stay. I stayed 3 nights and the hotel policy is to clean every other day, which I have no issue with. Problem is, I came back after a long day on my third night expecting to crash in a clean room, but it was not so. The room had not been cleaned and I was just told that it must have been missed - I wasn’t at all pleased. I felt like someone had figured out I was checking out the next day and decided it didn’t need to be cleaned! Very disappointing. Which is a shame as other than that, it was good
