Some might say the hotel needs updating. I would argue that's its classy and authentic vintage 90s vibe has been very well maintained. It was nostalgic. Clean, cozy, good value. The airport shuttle was punctual and convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean. That is the only plus about this hotel.
No restaurants nearby to walk to, no complimentary water, breakfast ended too early (9:30), most hotels have breakfast until at least 10:00, and no coffee available like most hotels. Desk staff acted like they didn’t like their jobs at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, you should have more amenities.

Perfect location for us. Quiet enough even being on Sunrise highway.comfortable and clean rooms.
If you use the sitting area in the lobby the sofas are a bit tired looking. If they were my couches
I'd replace them. Especially with rooms over $ 150 per night.Breakfast was not worth taking time for.... hey we're in New York... there's too many good food choices out in Lynbrook and the area to enjoy!

My room was not cleaned during my stay. I stayed 3 nights and the hotel policy is to clean every other day, which I have no issue with. Problem is, I came back after a long day on my third night expecting to crash in a clean room, but it was not so. The room had not been cleaned and I was just told that it must have been missed - I wasn’t at all pleased. I felt like someone had figured out I was checking out the next day and decided it didn’t need to be cleaned! Very disappointing. Which is a shame as other than that, it was good

Breakfast very good. I was pleasantly surprised to have hot food offerings, eggs, bacon, sausage.location great, right next to a rental car office.

Hotel was very tired and needs serious maintenance. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling, heating system sounded like a jumbo jet when turning on. Tv, clock, phone were from 1990s. Bed linens were questionable if they have been changed and found hair on the sheets. It needs a total renovation! Only positive was that a staff member helped give us hot water when at the breakfast there was none to be found. Breakfast was sub par.
