Breakfast very good. I was pleasantly surprised to have hot food offerings, eggs, bacon, sausage.location great, right next to a rental car office.
A little snack with room cleaning. Caring manager comped me a night due to cleaning oversight.
People were great. Accomodated all our requests with a smile.

Hotel was very tired and needs serious maintenance. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling, heating system sounded like a jumbo jet when turning on. Tv, clock, phone were from 1990s. Bed linens were questionable if they have been changed and found hair on the sheets. It needs a total renovation! Only positive was that a staff member helped give us hot water when at the breakfast there was none to be found. Breakfast was sub par.

Very good location. Accessible to highways; LI Rail road station nearby. Restaurants and shopping short drive away. Very Good breakfast buffet. Very clean. Airport shuttle available.
Older Hotel. Some bathroom fixtures and furniture could be updated. Price was high.
I had a great stay. Had no issues!
I booked 2 king rooms for 3 nights for the last 2 practice rounds of the Ryder Cup. The rooms were located on the 3rd floor, but some distance apart (not a problem as this was not requested). When we got back the first day there had been no housekeeping service. The front desk said it was performed every other day, so after requesting (and promptly receiving) fresh towels, we requested housekeeping service for the next day. When we arrived back the second day the room was still not serviced. The front desk said they did not know why and we again requested (and received) fresh towels.
Upon checkout I raised this issue and asked for a courtesy discount for a 3 night stay without housekeeping service. Since I booked directly with the hotel I was told that this would be forwarded to management for consideration. Since it has been 2 weeks since we checked in, I am assuming that no such discount will be forthcoming.
The hotel itself was clean and well-kept, the complimentary breakfast was good, but the air conditioner in the room (ours at least) was quite noisy and probably overdue for service. I thought the rates were acceptable for this region, especially during this time - and the hotel was fully booked - but I'm very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service and no courtesy refund of any kind.
This was a super convenient location from the airport. It is a bit older hotel, but well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A full breakfast included is a great service. It is also very close to many dining and nightlife locations, by Uber and not by foot. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is what we needed. Front desk staff pleasant. Plenty of parking. Breakfast ok.
Although room was "clean" and bed comfy, there was a chair that smelled like someone peed on it, carpet was filthy, ie : stained.
Hotel served the purpose. Could definitely use a make over or a commercial cleaning!
