It was convenient for the crown theatre
Was overcharged at the start. A few unclean areas in the room.
Don’t have to leave - everything is there in terms of food options etc
Room itself was old. I’m not sure how this maintains a 5 star rating. Walls old and dirty, in desperate need of a repaint. Furnishings dirty. Terrible value for money. Could stay in nicer room elsewhere for half the price.
Everything
Nothing
Comfortable and large size rooms
A little noisy
Staff are always amazing and very accommodating. View was great. Luxurious and comfortable stay every time.
The ONLY downside to our stay was the loud banging sound that seemed to come from the room next to us early in the morning. Like a hammering sound.
Valet parking and staff was good
Room very small for the wheel chair
Hotel room was nice and spacious
Dirty face wash was left in the bathroom sink 🤮
Dust all over the furniture
No in-house book/menu so couldn’t order room service
Location
Property very tired and needs a good update fir the gist of accommodation. Urban foods prices add ridiculously high $50 for 1 burger, small chips and two small drinks - outrageous
Nice atmosphere, plenty of places to eat
Rooms were a little dark
The room sizes and layout are great, the large bath is a massive plus. So many restaurants and bars to discover, no need to get in the car and drive anywhere. The staff were so helpful and even our room was ready early so we were able to check in earlier than expected which was lovely.
The bed was very soft so not great for bad backs, and we weren’t able to cast our phones to the TV screen which was a bit disappointing.
Every thing
None
Room itself was really nice and clean, good view considering we hadn’t paid the extra for it. Location is great, pools were really nice and heated outdoor pool was an unexpected plus!
A bit outdated on the inside. We felt as though we didn’t really get value for money and it didn’t live up to its reputation. We brought a cake for my partner’s birthday and, upon calling room service to ask for 2 plates, they said it would be a $7 charge!!! (We were already a little shocked at this cost for room service on its own, considering the food itself is extortionately priced, but to charge for delivery of plates is something else…). I was also a little taken aback at the reservation of pool lounges, particularly in what I would assume as the ‘off period’ in terms of weather. Around $150 just to reserve a day bed for HALF A DAY! Not to mention the poolside “grill” isn’t really poolside, and you have to call room service yourself, from the bar, where they will then charge you the extra $7 to come and stand at the bar with your food (so you have to stay vigilant) for you to collect!!!
Not consistent asking to clean room
Room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly
Stayed in better hotels for a lot cheaper, personally don't believe it's worth the amount paid, view was terrible.
Over priced
Didn’t use it
The toilet still had spew on the walls
Dirt and grim ,pretty clear they don’t get clean properly
Motels are cleaner out von main hwy
There was a couple in a room next door which were fighting from 12:00 a, to past 3:00
Smashing Walsh throwing stuff
We tried to call but phones didn’t work
And the best you guys could do to accommodate us was 2 glasses of house red , which taste like shit
We left it on the bar
Very clean
