Staff were difficult and unnecessarily rude and unhelpful
Didn't like any of ut
Obviously love the Crown Hotels especially Crown Towers and Metropol in Perth. However, for a 5 stars hotel, I expect everything to be amazing. 1) The gym needs a good upgrade as it’s very small with limited equipment. 2) Not a lot of shades for everyone. 3) Bath foams are to be provided for all rooms with bathrooms.

Very expensive over the weekend for the age of the building/facilities now.
Every time we stay we are woken through the night by people in the rooms next door which is frustrating.
