The location is perfect
Cleanliness wasn't the best, and quite a few things wrong with room and fixtures
The coffee tea bag, the noise in the lobby during night time, and the small elevator from 4th floor going to the pool side. Minimal dislikes.
Close to casino
The location
First of all, they put us in the wrong room and the AC wasn’t working so it was very warm inside waiting for 45 minutes to get our room we booked
Then the next day of white powder substance came into the room and I was disgusted in their response. I ended up packing up all my stuff and going down to reception and going home. I asked him for a full refund for that night but they declined.
Not 5 star hotel…. Maybe 4 !!!

Have always liked the room layout
Nothing to do with Hotel but noisy next door neighbours drive me nuts when trying to get an early night for early morning airport departure,
room was very cold - air con far too high
It was clean and check in was easy .
The swimming pool and spa was excellent
There was not even drinking water as complimentary . Basic things like milk and water were highly priced at the room mini bar. Upon requesting they have us two bottles of water but had to pay.
We liked the location of this room and the basic room layout
The loud noise of the circus that was below us in the carpark, the loud people running up and down the halls, the bathroom seems like it's got quite a bit of wear and tear from frequent guests; however this area may need to have a revamp

Lots of facilities.
Extremely noisy from an onsite concert and construction works. No prior notification and room directly above the concert. Wine, ear plugs and a $25 voucher left in room for when we checked in but we would have preferred to be notified prior and then decided if we were still happy to stay.
