the bed, the bottle of wine for the inconvenience
The first room had no hot water, we found out just as we went for showers. the room had NO paper saying who to contact. so I started a number 1 on the phone and found number 9 worked. first person said I'll contact engineering. That didn't happen 20 min later dialed 9 again and we had action and they moved us to a different room. it's funny both room has cup ring marks on the small tables.

Run down, and very bad service. For every little thing, you asked for , you had to pay. Something small as wanting them to clear the fridge for my own items
