Excellent nights stay!
Pros:

Very unexpected room upgrade, it was spectacular! Great restaurant. Outdoor pool was 32 degrees even though it was chilly outside. Great concierge team.

Disappointing start
Pros:

Facilities were fantastic with lots for the kids to do.

Cons:

We were waiting a long time to get our room as it was late. This caused our toddler to be extremely upset with having to wait so long, which resulted in stress for the whole family. Given that we were only staying one night this really affected our stay quite a bit.

We had a mostly very enjoyable stay. We would stay again Thankyou
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, Urban eats was very very dissapointing, noodle house was good, but we couldn't take the grandchildren in.pool area was lovely, for elderly people who have touble with stairs the service lift was very scary. Parking was good

Pros:

Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Hotel staff helpful.

Cons:

Music concert right outside the rooms in the atrium. Staff did not tell me. Until 11PM I could not do anything in my room. The music was so loud I tried to block the door with towels. Tried to sleep but there was no chance. Horrible stay. All three phones in the room were faulty. No way to contact reception or room service. I will never ever be back.
