Everything was good. Staff was very helpful.

The rooms exceeded expectations! They were clean and had a a stove top, dishwasher, a standard size fridge with freezer that made ice. Downstairs they had a free gym and laundry as well as free coffee, hot chocolate and even a lending area and store for snacks. The staff was very friendly and Cat was very nice. The location was perfect. Will definitely book Candlewood again.

Roaches in the halls and seemingly every guest room, you can see them on the door frames when you walk down the hall. Front desk does not seem surprised and is unhelpful, as was management. Roaches are all over, This is not including all the other miscellaneous bugs ( earwigs etc.)

Housekeeping doesn’t really provide stay over service even when requested and the front desk, despite the MULTIPLE issues somehow doesn’t have any other rooms available to move.

The in room amenities are ok, but this place is legitimately disgusting and whatever their bug protocol is sucks

This hotel is dog friendly and very clean. The rooms are sufficiently updated and the staff is so very friendly. Cat and Ebony and Rachel were all very pleasant and welcoming . The pet fee is reasonable as well as the room rate. Everyone there was so sweet to our pup and us. You can tell they take pride in their hotel.

This was a GEM of a pet friendly hotel. I don’t know why anyone would give a negative rating. It’s affordable compared to other pet friendly hotels in the area and was better than others in the area we have stayed at that were the same amount or cheaper. Cat, Rachel and Ebony were so welcoming. They were so kind to us and our pup. It’s not easy to find a good, clean and affordable place to bring your pet. This one checks all the boxes. Room was sufficiently updated and very clean. Bonus was the mini kitchen in it. We are picky and we’d stay again

Nice clean room. Perfect location. Only negative is I wasn't aware at the time of the booking it was a pet friendly establishment. Just a personal matter. I did enjoy my stay overall.

The front desk staff provided a positive check-in experience. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist with resolving issues, even taking the initiative to visit my room and address the concerns personally, despite a busy check-in period. The atmosphere felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, as it appeared to accommodate many long-term guests. I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful individuals, including Larry and Gary, along with Larry’s dog Lucy. Everyone greeted each other warmly upon arrival. I also met Luna, a beautiful husky, and her owner. The professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff, along with my interactions with other guests, made my stay more comfortable despite the inconveniences. Thank you.

The location, and it looked nice

My deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.
The condition of the room was unacceptable. It was clearly deeply worn down and poorly maintained. The shower area was falling apart, and the dishwasher was missing its top tray entirely. These are basic amenities that should be in proper working condition, and their state made the room feel neglected and below standard.
In addition, the overall environment of the hotel was concerning. It appeared that a number of individuals may be using the property as a permanent residence, many with animals. This created an atmosphere that did not feel like a typical hotel stay and significantly impacted our comfort with concern and discomfort.
Most troubling was the strong smell of smoke that carried into our room. This made it very difficult to relax and was especially frustrating given expectations of a clean, smoke-free environment.
Overall, this experience was far below what we expected and left us extremely dissatisfied. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
