Disappointing

We were woken up TWICE by staff at 9:45am and 10:30am wondering when we were checking out and check out wasn’t even until noon. Very disappointed and frustrated because we drove late and needed sleep.

Pros:

When I come over, I had dropped my bags and went to a wedding rehearsal. I came back to the room later that evening to shower and get ready for the wedding and there was hair in the shower. Also the drawers in the bathroom. Looked like they had not been wiped in a very long time so I called the best in informed them about the hair in the shower and things like that and . The have cleanliness. As I went to lay down, the people above me were jumping over the floor however they end up moving me to a new room, which I appreciate it. Mike did that for me. Everything was OK except for the bed. It was very uncomfortable and it was small. I guess they only have wing bags.
