Friendly staff and very nice room.

Lovely room. Excellent kitchen area. Nice bathroom.

It was such a nice place to stay and recharge on my long road trip.

I ended up needing a room w balcony. Unfortunately Candlewood has none, however the clerk was excellent and suggested one which accommodated me. Very pleased.

Sparking clean modern hotel with excellent stocked kitchenette suites. Highly recommend

Liked the room....initially, though, we were given a room with a single bed, then an occupies room, but all was corrected 🙂👍

Great place to stay, and very friendly staff.

I liked the friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of the property and room.

Laundry in the building is complementary. you do not have to pay extra.
Staff is excellent.

The suite was very comfy, clean and well-equipped with all the comforts of home. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

No ice machine, no bedding for pull out couch, a/c in bedroom didn’t work first night and when they came to fix it we were gone and they made a mess on the bed with dust and debris from tools or ac unit or something. Also asked for them to bring towels up and it took them an hour. Conditioner in the shower didn’t despense. My keycards stopped working at 8am the day of check out even though check out is suppose to be 11am. Room was too expensive for all of that

The hotel was very clean and staff were amazing.

Don't be confused between the Candlewood Yuma and Candlewood APG. this one does NOT have any breakfast offered unless you count buying something from a vending machine. Staff was barely polite. Room included a full size refrigerator which could be handy for a longer stay but for me was just loud - making it very hard to sleep. Air/Heat was also loud and was either ON all night or OFF all night. It did not respond to the temperature setting. Would Not choose this place again. Lots of other options in Yuma.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, ready for a good night sleep. Nice arrangement of exercise room, laundry and office areas

It was very disappointing. I checked in to the hotel and not even 3 hours into my stay the smoke alarm went off. I woke up and called front desk, the guy said I'll be there immediately. Guy never showed and after approximately 6 minutes the alarm turned off. Couple hours later same thing happened. I didn't get any sleep because of the smoke alarm. Decided to take a bath around 7AM and the alarm went off yet again, because i was in the shower I did not call front desk this time. A couple minutes later maintenance just walked into my room to check the alarm, while I was in the shower. It was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Never staying there again.
