Pretty nice
Pros:

The spacious room and the cleanliness.

Cons:

I didn't like that my card was attempted to be charged for the full amount immediately after making the reservation underneath " pay at property " because, that's what I needed to do was pay at the property. A tree had fallen on my property electricity wire, so we had no lights. I used a prepaid card to book and was going to load it on the way to the hotel right away, and that's what I did. I didn't like that, though. Other than that, there were no issues. Staff was friendly and the property is very well kept and very clean.

Our stay was wonderful. We will be staying again. The only thing I really didn’t like was there was no breakfast.

Strangers walked into my room with a key
Pros:

The front seat staff were great!

Cons:

We had a mix up where I was in bed and a couple waked in. They had been given my room. Front desk said they accidentally had me checked off as a no show(I checked in like normal). I was dressed so it wasn’t a big deal but could have been!

Quick get away. Perfect location out the way but still close to everything.

I love the late check-in and the fact that it includes a full kitchenette with all supplies included.

It was an okay stay.
Pros:

I like that there is a kitchen in the room with dishes, a free snack area, and the room is spacious.

Cons:

I requested to check out late and one person told me I can check out at 1pm, another person said I can only checkout at that time if they are not fully booked, and the manager (rude) said something totally different. Check in was at 4pm and my room wasn't ready til 5:07 pm (which is why I requested to check out late). I had to come in and clean up behind housekeeping due to the table being sticky, the tub being dirty, and the room smelled like mildew. I highly doubt I'll stay there again. They are not organized at the front desk and the customer service is horrible when it comes to management.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was well maintained and a great bonus. The bed was comfortable and there were more than enough pillows as well. I usually stay at a Holiday Inn when I travel, but this overnight stay has me looking for Candlewood Suites from now on!
