Pros:

Was not able to stay at hotel, the hotel receptionist told us there was no reservation and that the hotel was closing 8/31/2025. The hotel was completely dilapidated but it is somehow still online to be booked.

This was an awful experience when we go in to check in we were told that the are permanently closing their doors and not allowing check in’s. I had to make it very clear to the lady I had placed this 1 night stay a week ago and it never once mentioned anything about them shutting the doors.
We get our room the floors were disgusting, bed sheets were stained, the towels provided we absolutely gross it looked like someone had wiped poop with it. Very questionable brown substance on the wall by the chair. Tv did not work at all, pool unavailable to be used, no continental breakfast offered! The building is literally falling apart from the outside in. The front clerk was whacked out on something!!

Pros:

Was told they are tearing the hotel down in 1-2 months because it's so bad of shape. Was given 3 different rooms and when we opened the doors, 2 rooms were still dirty and beds not made, and 3rd room had people in it! Then got woke up at 1:30am to 3 dogs barking loudly in the next room and hallway! Do NOT recommend staying here!

Struttura in chiusura. Mobilio in vendita esposto fuori. Estremamente sporco, odore fogna nei corridoi, tutti i servizi annullati (piscina, colazione, etc). L'intera struttura è fatiscente e totalmente abbandonata senza alcuna manifestazione evidentemente da qualche anno. Uno schifo!!!

Budget friendly.
Pros:

They are in need of some serious upgrading! Customer service was good. Be aware they allow a lot of smoking by the small pool and I would not recommend using the pool. Stay inside after 8pm. Its usually quiet. Not the best choice for family.

This was absolutely the FILTHIEST ROOM and hotel I have ever stayed at. When checking in found out it is condemned and being torn down Sept. 1 2025. Do not go there.

This motel was obviously not vetted. The place looked like it was abandoned and about to be torn down, trash everywhere. There were men all around the building using drugs openly. They were dirty and looked homeless. This place looked like a crack house you see in movies. The few cars in the lot looked vandalized and abandoned. The men were openly using drugs, they looked very threatening. There was no lighting around the building or parking lot.
I've used your service for our cross-country trip and have had positive experiences up until this encounter in Springfield, MO. My husband and I felt very unsafe and vulnerable. We are seniors (75 & 76) and trust companies such as yours to provide safe and trusted accommodations. We chose to leave due to this threatening situation and stayed elsewhere. The lady at check-in acknowledged our reluctance and said that if you contact this disgusting (my words) facility, she will issue a credit asap. I realize that my booking was a nonrefundable booking, but due to these threatening and unsafe conditions that YOU neglected to tell us about, I expect a full refund. Upon leaving, I researched the crime rate in this area, and it is appallingly high! How can you send people there!! If you fail to refund our money, I will never use your services again and will tell every know to avoid you as well.

Pros:

The room was clean and well kept. I chose it for the economy; I do not like paying for a corporate name (Hilton, etc) where the prices are nearly double. If you want an economical lodging it's not bad. Don't expect breakfast or an indoor pool (they shut it down for economic reasons).

Pros:

Clearly the reviews I saw were not from the same location. The hotel looked abandoned, have of it was boarded up and everything other than the rooms was closed up and empty. Pool closed, no breakfast. Homeless and crack heads everywhere.. scared to walk to my room down dark dirty hallway, once in, was no better. Stains on furniture, not from food, bathroom door wouldn't even close and flys everywhere.. did not feel safe at all.. turned around and left... Later found out syrup club was next door...

We got there at 2 pm. They accommodated us for check in.

Cons:

I paid for a room with two queens and got one with two fulls. They no longer serve breakfast, nor is the pool open. It does not state this on the website.
