Muy lindo hotel, excelente atención, buena limpieza, cortina roller no funcionaba pero habían cortinas que permitían evitar el sol. Cerca de buenas caminatas

It was away from city center and therefore quiet, especially on the back deck overlooking the city. We had a streetside room so opening the window in the morning was not a good idea.
The staff was very helpful.

Apesar de ter ficado apenas uma noite, só posso elogiar este hotel super agradável, ótimos funcionários, quarto aconchegante, boa higiene, café da manhã excelente, e o melhor fica por conta do terraço com uma vista de ficar por horas admirando. A localização tem pontos positivos, como a tranquilidade, pois é afastado do centro, a praça próxima que é linda, um mercado próximo, e um ponto negativo por ter que caminhar uns 20 minutos para chegar a restaurantes e bares.

Sitúe en plein coeur d un quartier typique. Restauration d un lieu historique. Domage salle de bain vieillissante.
Excellent petit dej avec oeufs brouilles.

Very old house, common areas were renovated but rooms are just painted. Bathroom cleanliness was not ok. I spent Eastern weekend, and heating was off. It is not soo cold in Chile yet, but the old high roof room was cold during night. Breakfast, is mediocre. If you want eggs you have to specially ask the attendants for it, coffee not good although better than usual Chilean instantaneous coffee. Over priced for quality. It is not even located in the middle of Valparaiso most turistic area, although in a walking distance (12 mins downhill). Parking limited and badly organized. Probably will not staybthere again! Some of the staff was very friendly, others not at all.

The view was amazing, the staff were excellent very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The hotel itself is older but it seems like that in all the cities of Chile.

Beautiful renovated convent on high hill. Area around it was dirty , animal excrement & garbage on streets. Terrain rough . Hotel service was a 3 as was breakfast . Broken window shade, minimally movable drapes, only 1 water glass for 2 people., stained cheap towels . Small changes could have made a difference .

The place is nice but the area around and most of the city around did not feel safe...

Sehr nettes Boutique-Hotel inklusive Parkplätzen im abgeschlossenen Innenhof und Terrasse mit Meerblick inklusive schnurrendet Katze.
Sehr gastfreundliches junges Team, prima Frühstück (Osaft vom Feinsten) und sogar Pizzaservice nachdem alle Restaurants zu hatten am Sonntagabend.

The hotel is located right above a great walking area during the day. If you’re coming to Valpo to experience the street art, this is a good choice. Some of the rooms have great sweeping views of the city next to the bed. A nice touch. Service was excellent, very friendly staff.

Very nice "boutique" hotel. Perfectly located for access to the best views of Valparaiso and for the primary tourist areas. Good to be away from the noise of the downtown area.

Recommend as somewhere quiet to stay, just make sure you book a room with a view.

Our stay was very relaxed and productive. We received detailed information for whichever destination, or service, we requested and found our room clean and adequate. Breakfast was varied and ample. Ultramar is located on a hill, but buses go up there and we had a direct line few steps from Ultramar to Vina del Mar.

Vista do quarto é fantástica e o café da manhã fabuloso!

Wir haben uns für den Valparaiso Aufenthalt für das Ultrmar entschieden und haben es nicht bereut. Etwas oberhalb des Zentrums, aber dennoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar (für den Rückweg bergauf haben wir eine Taxi fur 2000 CPS genommen). Nettes Ambiente und kleine, urige Zimmer prägen das Bild. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf Valparaiso in Kombination mit einem preiswerten Getränk aus der Bar war ein schöner Abschluss jeden Abends. Ansonsten: Frühstück sehr gut, Wlan ebenso und ein kostenfreier Parkplatz: Alles bestens und das Personal ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wie würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
