This hotel is absolutely amazing!! I would stay here again and again! Very very clean and so quiet! Staff was very accommodating and kind!! Thank you for the great stay!!

It appeared many guests there were using this hotel for an extended stay situation. Based on my needs of just staying 1 night, I wouldn’t recommend or stay at this hotel again

The clerk was wonderful both at check in and out. The room was great! Very spacious throughout the whole room, very big bathroom and good size closet. Had a refrigerator, stove, microwave and small kitchen necessities salt pepper etc. Would have been great if they had four pillows on each bed. The pillows sucked went flat as soon as you laid in them! No matter how much you wadded it up it didn’t help. Bed also didn’t seem to be a true queen

Nice hotel for our needs. Clean, quiet. Decent kitchen area.

Our stay was fine except for the check in. We had to wait at the front desk a long time before the woman came in the front door. Don’t know if she was out smoking or what. There was no way to notify anyone that we were waiting. We’ve stayed here several times before and the service in the past has been great so we were very disappointed by this.

Way below the standard of all the other similar hotels.

Our room had a super soft bed that sagged in the middle. Had an overall musty smell to the room. No ice buckets, no coffee in the room. Just not up to the 8 rating that was listed. Got snookered by the advertised rate. Was advertised at $68/night, instead of $99, did the booking and then realized that fee of $68 was only if you used stored rewards points. Not very honest.

No up to standards

Umm I do t know why I got a handicapped room. We made a joke out of it anyway.

I wish they have a breakfast concession.

First night the air didn’t work and when the front desk was told they didn’t do anything about it.

This was the dirtiest, worn down hotel I've stayed at in a while. I was there an entire week, housekeeping never came. Even after I stopped by the front desk to request service. Sheets had stains, furniture was tattered, and there was a weird dark reddish stain on the headboard that looked a lot like a blood stain.
Hallway was loud each night with questionable activities. I seriously saw someone with a crack pipe in the hall my last night.

No breakfast!

When we got there we had to carry our own towels to the room. When we got to the room it was a double and not a queen. Went to take a shower and no wash rags were provided. Took 10 minutes to find customer service to get wash rags. There was a huge rip in the outside screen and there were roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen area. The previous stays key card was still in the room as well. Not happy with the stay.

I loved the suite setup, very convenient and welcoming you to stay longer.

My stay was great. Except the bathtubs are really small and hard to get in and out of.
Also soap, shampoo and conditioner are hard to reach if you are in tub.
But other than that room was great!
