Pros:

Reception had to leave lobby to come to room to turn on TV signal, had to pull stand out to reconnect detached wires. A lot to expect from a lone reception person.

Cons:

Better equipped kitchen with full size plates and forks.Loud trains nearby.

Unacceptable
Pros:

Terrible, reserved a room with 2 beds, gave us a room with one bed and no couch. Not willing to help us out with the request that was made during the reset reservation process. Room was not clean

Clean. Like coffee option

Cons:

When I turned on the shower the handle came off!
I also had some guy someone knocking on my door at 3:30 in the morning. I have traveled extensively and never had that happen to me. It was very disconcerting. I realize there isn’t much you can do but I hope you have cameras.
