Cons:

The staff tried to charge me an additional USD 130/night to park overnight despite the fact that booking.com specifically advertised "free parking". They also tried to charge me an additional USD 75 for my dog despite the fact that my reservation included a pet there was no mention of a pet fee on booking.com.

The staff delayed my check-in by an hour while they tried to get me to pay these additional fees.

I would never stay here again.

The staff here was exceptionally kind and helpful. The manager was the highlight to my youngest son’s trip.
Pros:

It was great location to everything we wanted to explore in our few days there. Our room was very spacious.

Cons:

I wish there was a cot option.

Or adding a couch to the room would have been helpful.

Pros:

The hotel room was very clean and well-organized. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. If you want to stay somewhere that is close to NYC but not noisy, it is a good place.
