Pros:

The hotel room was very clean and well-organized. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. If you want to stay somewhere that is close to NYC but not noisy, it is a good place.

Great hotel with comfortable room
Pros:

We stayed here to be close to the train into NYC. It was a great hotel and very convenient for the purpose of our trip.

Cons:

It was fine. Can't think of anything. We had a quick trip so the facilities were great.

beside your rude customer service lady everything was great

location was great close to the job. breafast was excellent. its always great to still at this location.
The service is great and the room are alaways nice and clean the house keeper are very nice.

Cons:

i made the arrangement before hand made the payment for the room. arrive there and one the customer service was so rude and had me do everything over. i had send her the credit card authorization forms. And i was charge for the rooms with my credit card. when the company had already done the arrangments before my stay.

Do not book this hotel before you read this
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating. There was a short, stocky front-desk staff member who was more interested in chatting on his phone than doing his job. When I tried to check in, he acted visibly annoyed, as if I were interrupting him.

The first room was completely unacceptable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagged badly in the middle. The hotel is directly beside a freeway, and there is clearly no proper window insulation. Sleeping there felt like sleeping on the shoulder of the highway. I could hear trucks braking, cars honking, and traffic noise all night long without any break. It was impossible to rest.

To make it even worse, the heater turned on every few minutes and was louder than the freeway itself. Between the constant traffic noise and the noisy heater, getting proper sleep was impossible.

After two nights of this, I spoke with a woman at the front desk who finally moved me to another room, which was slightly better—but by then the damage was already done.

At checkout, I asked the same front-desk employee (once again glued to his phone) if I could leave my car parked for two nights while I was in New York. He showed zero interest in helping and made no effort to accommodate a simple request.

This hotel’s location next to a freeway, poor sound insulation, uncomfortable rooms, and unprofessional front-desk service made this a terrible stay. I’m posting this review wherever I can so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking.
