Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

They were able to accommodate parking for our Uhaul and travel trailer so there’s that.

Cons:

No breakfast with a higher price point than similar hotels. Room seemed dirty maybe just worn out, especially bathroom. Only chose this hotel bc I thought it was on actual Ft. Jackson. Arrived at 11pm too tired and no way to get a refund so we stayed anyway.

It was horrible and my brother fell in the tub and bust his head open and had to get stitches, I will be suing.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

Everyone was friendly for the most part.

Cons:

We were move to 3 different rooms in which one of the rooms had roaches. The 2nd room was a very bad odor. We were promised a free night in which the hotel did not honor and wanted to charge us for another night at the regular rate. There has been a lot of miscommunication from the staff and the GM kept relaying messages rather than coming out to speak with us directly.

Pros:

Staff was really nice, specially the lady at the desk(Lawanda-I believe was her name). She was very courteous to my children and I. Made us feel very comfortable. My children enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

I didn't like the smell in the room, it was very strong. Other than that everything was great.
