Pros:

The management and staff were amazing. Great customer service. The company should use this staff as a training team for other staff on how to treat guests. Please reach out and let them know they are great at their jobs.

Pleasantly unpleasant.

It was clean.

Cons:

We didn't have hot water until the last night of our stay we received notice to let water run 15 minutes before using to let it heat up. Before that it was cold water bird bathes while on vacation. We were not offered discount for the inconvenience. Staff was not rude but not very friendly or inviting. Beds were small and uncomfortable.
