I will look at other options before going to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel's location was very close to the business that brought us to that area. So, it was convenient in that sense.

Cons:

Although we had a reservation, it took way too long to check in. It was as if they had given someone else our room and were scrambling to find us another one. The bed (mattress and pillows) was very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was very, very noisy and made a loud vibrating sound most of the night.

Pros:

Close to I95 and regular shops.
Quiet place, parking.
Nobody really bothers you during your stay. Decent sleep.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, even the pillows.
The space was clean but the hallways smelled funny.
Parking is ok, it can get crowded at times.

The hotel is in a good safe location, but room needs updated.
Pros:

The room was fairly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The location was safe and secure. The kitchen was useful and had the essentials. The front desk staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The floor covering (carpeting) in the room was worn and dirty and the furniture was showing wear as well.

Cons:

Found sand fleas in the room, one of the clean towels had stains on it unsure what it was. There was a smell in the room kind of like cigarette smoke and cleaner mixed. There were burn holes in the couch from cigarettes

Comfortable hotel in quiet location
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, staff friendly and the location of this hotel was great for my stay. It was quite, private and they offer free laundry and drying which was a bonus. I would stay here again.

The management and staff were amazing. Great customer service. The company should use this staff as a training team for other staff on how to treat guests. Please reach out and let them know they are great at their jobs.
