This property is roach infested Do NOT BOOk!
Pros:

Nothing place smelled and was filthy. Roaches in the rooms dead roach skin in the bed. It was disgusting!🤮

Cons:

Everything.. do not list this hotel until they get there roach problem under control! Ugh 😑

Pros:

The rooms were very nice and spacious. Comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly. Kesha and Summer were excellent. I love that I got to bring my cat.

Cons:

A breakfast option would have been nice, but the rooms come with a kitchenette so you can cook if you choose to.

They had free washer and dryer to use to wash your clothes. You provide your own detergent.

Where do I start with my stay? Baby roaches several days in a row in the bathroom, fire alarms going off at 1am, they gave me a handicap room that I didn’t ask for, everyday we had to have our room key re programmed because it kept not working. They kept saying it’s because of our cell phones… sorry but every single Marriott doesn’t have this problem, I’m a seasoned traveler… try again. Then the elevator kept breaking down. The room was dirty upon entry, the table was still dirty with food on it, had to make a Walmart run to get cleaner. They don’t clean your room, only once every 7 days, for my 4 night stay I had to do everything myself because they also won’t bring you towels, you have to get them yourself from the front desk, we asked for days to refill our soap dispensers… never happened, when I asked for soap at the desk I was made to feel like a begged by one of the ladies, when I asked for extra lotion again same thing. The guy was nice though. Then people kept putting rocks in the side doors to keep them propped open. Staff didn’t seem to mind.

I like the location because it wasn't too far from all the places I went to. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. Candlewood I will be back soon
