After the dampness issue was resolved, our room was comfortable…good stay.
Pros:

It was in a good location.

Cons:

When we arrived, there must have been a leak/spill/something because there was a high powered blower in our assigned room and an air purifier. We had arrived late and were tired, so we unplugged the blower and laid down. It felt “damp” in there. The next morning, it felt really damp in the room, so I went down to speak to the front desk clerk. She said they couldn’t provide us with a different room because the hotel was “full”, but said to let us know when we left for the day, and she would have someone “on it” and get it taken care of. It was better when we came back to the room later that day.

Pros:

Coffee was good & free use of laundry. Also, kitchenette was well stocked with dishes

Cons:

Sofa & sofa sleeper was old & in very bad shape. People upstairs could be heard running around all night. Carpets very dirty & left our socks dirty. Staff very unmotivated to do more than they had to & not very friendly

Today Nov 5 25 I was not able to get my refund they said this is security deposit will be back in my credit card in 3 to 7 days. ?????????? What happen if don't know if called the manager and he said he will return this I'll never go back to this hotel.

Room was dirty and had a high degree of stench everywhere- in the hallway and more in the room. It appeared that the room and floor carpet had not been cleaned. We checked two other rooms in different floors- they all had had more or less the same stench and were unclean. One of the rooms had crawling bugs on the stove top. Could not breathe the indoor air and had to run outside the building. Concerning air-quality to host humans..
