Felt dirty staying here, needs a major upgrade.
Pros:

Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Needs to be upgraded. Our bathtub had mold along the walls, shower head barely worked, someone else’s toothpaste cap left in the sink drain, AC had dust all over it, toilet was leaking, hole in the wall. It did not feel clean at all.

Very disappointed that i didn’t get what i paid for
Pros:

We have always enjoyed the state bridge suites, would like the kitchen set up, the breakfast was good. We enjoyed it. The facilities were great.

Cons:

We booked the king size suite the hotel confirmed that, we brought our confirmation that we have booked over five months prior to our stay, they did not have a king size suite, with no explanation and no help I slept on the couch for 11 at nights. The desk clerk said obviously someone made a mistake here and changed your reservation our friends who wanted to stay there for 10 days changed their minds concerned and concerned they might not get what they book. I’ve always enjoyed staying, but the Staybridge suites USA and Canada very disappointed they gave no explanation why they changed the reservation and no competition I would’ve given them an excellent rating. Being 70 i wasn’t comfortable every night and they advertise they care about our comfort. The desk clerk gave me 15.00 to spend at the pantry. She saw my confirmed king booking. Booking.com could not get the hotel to consider any compensation. That’s poor management.

Overall, the money that we spend was fair. The staff could be more friendly.
Pros:

It needs more cleaning for carpets in the room and halway.

Cons:

The elevators were not acceptable with a bad smell every time, defeatistly needs some kind of ventilation system or air conditioning.

Nice professional staff,clean room.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Room was very clean and comfy. Staff super friendly.

Cons:

Water stains on ceiling. Kids eating and drinking in pool. Pool deck not clean. Pool had lots of sand at the bottom so I didn't want to get in feeling it hadn't been clean. Hot tub dirty.

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Complete chaos on arrival as their computer system was being updated. Had to check in then check out next morning and check back in again. We were given keys to a room the second floor, on opening the door we were shocked to find that it was already occupied, the poor lady in the room was even more shocked than us. The air conditioning in the second room we were allocated was not working. Finally we were shown to a room on the third floor which on first viewing was OK, we the found childrens toys from the previous guests but after a 13 hour plane journey we were too tired to complain. The only saving grace of this hotel is Delores who took great care of us at breakfast. The standard of cleaning is really bad, dirty carpets and no room cleaning service at the weekends. The bathroom is outdated with the shower system virtually falling off the wall. One of the ladies at front desk was very rude and shouted when I queried our bill. The accounting system was a disgrace, we have lost out due to the currency exchange rate but as we will never be staying here again I doubt this would be rectifiedsonot worth pursuing. As an IHG member of many years, Staybridge Brandon is the worst IHG hotel we have stayed at.

Had a great time in the hot tub and pool! Rooms were super clean and when I walked barefoot in the room no dirt picked up on my feet. (Totally shocked) I will definitely stay again!!

Great location for Mid Credit amphitheater venue !
Pros:

I loved that it is so close to the Mid Credit Amphitheater venue. The accommodations were exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the outside sitting area and they allowed us to stay out there very late after we arrived back from the concert.The complementary breakfast was impressive.

Cons:

The pull-out couch had only a twin mattress and we were traveling with our adult son . So he was bit cramped and uncomfortable. Luckily his girlfriend didn't travel with us .
