The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom shower curtain was dirty and there was some minor structural damage that could use attention. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

I like the staff members, they were reallg nice and respectable. The room was nice and clean. I was impressed. Convenient location. Very easy parking, that meant a lot. Easy access to highways. Shopping near by. Food places near by.

I was impressed with breakfast services, the free laundry services and the social activities they have absolutely at no extra charge. Staff was very courteous.

Loved the property, customer service was wonderful. The ladies in the breakfast bar take a gold medal with their excellent food. I was very surprised and definitely invite more people to go. My puppy was welcomed and the property allows you a place to walk them as well. Very pleased…

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff, from front desk to breakfast staff were amazing. They were all so welcoming & pleasant- the interaction felt genuine. I have not had that experience in awhile. They were attentive to my needs and addressed promptly. I called originally to ask a few questions about the policy, I was given clear information and booking was seamless. Thank you

Ac was broke. Had to move rooms and we didnt have a room together anymore. Second room on 1st floor had horrible mildew smell

It was great as usual. About 4 years ago we met an employee of yours Itsel Beckford while we were staying there. She’s very courteous and helpful. I use to live in Tampa all my all life. Now I live in N.C. But I try to go to Fla. a couple times a year. And I always stay there now. That lady is all over that hotel. She checked us in one day. The next day she was cooking at the happy hour. All of the staff has been great. Thank you.

Very convenient location if going to the Amphitheater.

I would have given five stars, however the a/c in our first 2BR suite was broken. Therefore, we had to move rooms into downgraded accomodations.

The staff all so nice! Our room was perfect breakfast was always so good. Will definitely return for our future Tampa visits.

The bathtub had mold all over, 3 live bugs found, rusted fixtures, tub not clean (couldn’t bathe my daughter in). Price of night was increased by $40 at last minute and hotel said they were permitted to do this.
