Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Many reviews praise clean rooms, but several report serious issues (found roaches, molded shower curtain liner, stray hairs, peeling glazed bathtub) that materially lower cleanliness sentiment.
Service
8.5
Numerous mentions of very helpful and attentive staff (named staff like Rob, helpful breakfast host); a few comments about front desk friendliness but overall strong positive service sentiment.
Location
8.5
Consistently described as a good location near the airport, close to restaurants, easy access to I-95 and outlets, and reportedly reasonably quiet despite proximity to airport.
Room Quality
6
Beds and room size frequently praised (comfortable, spacious), but there are recurring room issues (peeling bathtub, loose sink fixture, stained/worn sofa, missing towel racks/Do Not Disturb) that reduce the score.
Amenities
7.5
Breakfast, pool, small gym and extras like iced lemon water are repeatedly noted positively; limited family amenities (no crib/pack-and-play) and some inconsistency in fixtures lower this slightly.
Value for Money
7.5
Multiple reviewers call it a good hotel for the price or reasonable in price; however, isolated issues (refund dispute, some room defects) temper the perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast buffet is often praised (warm, good selection), though there are complaints about weak coffee and some "food was ok" comments — overall mixed-to-positive.
Overall Experience
5.5
Many guests report great stays and intent to rebook, but serious negative incidents (discovered roaches/mold, security concern with a broken back door, refund dispute) pull the overall experience down.

Very good personnel. Only complaint is that bathtub needs to be replaced. It has been glazed but is now peeling, making it appear dirty at first glance.
