Would stay again but only if they have fixed their key card issues
Pros:

loved the welcome reception in evening. Breakfast was also sufficient. Staff were friendly

Cons:

I had to return to the front desk 3 times at check in before the front desk had to escort me to my room to get me in bc the key cards wouldn't work. It then stopped working again that evening and I had to go back to get them programmed. We travelled with dogs and got locked out of the bldg at 4am when we took them outside to potty so had to walk around to the main door to enter the bldg and luckily one of us stayed up until they were inside the room or they would've been locked out of the room as well. The cards stopped working again while we were packing up our room and one of us had to stand and hold the exit door open so we could get back in. I also complained to the front desk at check out that our bed pillows smelled like dirty hair/head and luckily we always travel with our own pillows

Great location, nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Extremely clean. Everything felt clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of food before breakfast was over and they didn't replenish the food . Also smoking station was right outside the front door and smoke was wafting inside. You had to walk past the clouds of smoke to get in the door. Also no door on the sink area by the bathroom. No privacy when washing hands...hard not to disturb sleeper in bed.

It’s a beautiful place. Very warm atmosphere and family friendly. It was pretty clean, the room was lovely, breakfast was awesome and the staff was wonderful! The kids loved the pool and patio area. The amenities were perfect for families.

Cons:

I love the pool outside, my only issue was bugs in the pool. Not that we can help Mother Nature, but they were particularly heavy for a while. Much better on Monday when it was cleaned!!

I did plug back in the lamp in the bedroom and one of the charger ports was broken, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was a good experience.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast, happy hour and overall hotel was excellent. The maintenances staff, Sam was outstanding and so friendly.

Cons:

Front desk receptionist was rude and not friendly. On the second day, our card keys weren’t working 4 times and she had an attitude toward us when we told her they were still not working.

Only 20 minutes from downtown and lots i. the area.

Cons:

We were not able to adjust the temp in our room. The thermostat did not work and it was hot.

Room was clean
Pros:

Stopped here while passing through the area. Hotel was fine, very pet friendly. Check in not great. It seemed like we were bothering them because we wanted to check in. Definitely not friendly or very customer service oriented.

Room was fine. Bed was OK. The shower could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety & clean area.
