Value and comfort were exceptional here!
Pros:

The location was close enough to everything in Las Cruces New Mexico. Highway interchanges and frontage roads were very accessible to the location of the hotel.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We had to make this reservation on short notice and it saved our vacation.
Pros:

The variable types of suites available provided perfect selections for our large family group-one bedroom for my parents, two beds for my family of four, and 3 beds/2 bedrooms for my brother’s family of six! Also the pool and hot tub were very nice and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

No major complaints at all-except our room keys did not work at the pool gates

We will never go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, tasty. Close to many places.

Cons:

The room was an hour and a half late to be ready. We needed a handicap accessible room. The bed blocked the entrance to the bathroom for his wheelchair. The girl at the counter was extremely rude. We won't stay there again.

Pros:

The comfort and friendliness of the staff also loved tha massage chair!

Cons:

The jacuzzi was not working even after turning it on it was cold. Let staff know and no one came to check to try and correct the problem

Comfortable room.

Cons:

The entrance was very nondescript and uninviting. Looks more like a side door than a grand entrance facade you would expect for the cost of the room. The desk clerk was very inhospitable and dismissive! She never described features of the hotel such location of elevators or breakfast room. For the expense, a little kindness isn’t too much to ask! We requested a disabled room and the bathtub isn’t accessible for anyone that has mobility issues.
