Customer is out the window and far below the bar
Pros:

The outdoor patio. But the mosquitoes were so bad, I gotten eaten up just sitting inside for breakfast

Cons:

The parking was awful. Peter piper takes up all the front door parking along with your elites. The front walk in was unkept not inviting at all.
Our bathroom toilet would not shut off. It’s squealed and water and we had to shut off the water valve and turn it off and on to flush the toilet throughout the night. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. The front desk was rude and we were told when we left on Sunday that they would get back to us after talking to a manager regarding our stay today is Thursday still haven’t heard anything from them so I had to call them get this issue taken care of. I will not be going back to that hotel.

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Location, amenities, length of breakfast and friendly staff. Loved that you had coffee/ tea available all day. This is Wonderful for those who traveled in after a longg drive.

Cons:

No luggage stand/rack in room.

In town for a death in family.
Cons:

We had a reservations secured with a credit card and room was not available. Had been rented to another customer. Hotel cancelled our reservation after we presented for check-in. My credit card was charged and I had to request a credit. 2 individual rooms were offered as an alternative to suite but at a higher rate. We had to drive back to El Paso for lodging. Very disappointing!!! Bad customer service.

We did not stay, but the hotel Looked very nice
Pros:

We booked this hotel through Booking.com specifically for the lovely outdoor pool

Cons:

...Sadly, Booking.com failed to include (when we booked our room) that the pool was out-of-commission! We did not stay, we cancelled our reservation, & had to contact Booking for a refund.

5 star accommodation! Highly recommend
Pros:

Best sleep so far on my road trip - excellent facilities and bedding is 100% - when you are taking off the sheets to see what brand the bedding is - then you know it’s great.
Breakfast buffet- excellent- even have fountain drink machine - soda, juice, coffee, tea.
Also a guest laundry room - and laundry basket in the room. A kitchenette with everything you need. Two bathrooms- it’s like a mini apartment- great for our family of 6. I wish all hotels had this set up.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is more charging outlets at the bedside. I had to unplug the alarm clock to plug in my cpap machine. Would be nice to have charging ports for phones, headphones and all the other electronics that people travel with.
They do have plenty of outlets but they aren’t right next to the headboard.

good serviceable hotel
Pros:

pretty good experience. large rooms, conveniently located.

furnitures a little dated (just a little) and the breakfast is OK, not the best but also no where near the worst. all in all, maybe a notch below residence inns (a small notch) and we'd def stay here again.
