The hotel had roaches. There was some by the oatmeal during breakfast and some in my room as well as the hallway. I have videos on my phone that I plan to post to google review

Switched rooms three times. 1st room ac did not work. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2nd and third rooms had bad roach problems

Pros:

The staff. Mark and Mason were awesome. Very accommodating and if there were any issues, they took the proper steps to resolve them in a timely manner. They were actually the best thing about this hotel and my stay.

Don’t ever stay there! Roach motel! And wouldn’t even refund my money. I would not recommend!!! I killed 6 roaches in one night!

Pros:

Bugs in the room, had to go buy bug spray to get rid of them. No proper venting for the dryers so it is like a sauna while you wait for your laundry. Most of the washers and dryers were broken. Pool was unusable due to parts not in for the first four days we were there. Maid service was minimal, the floors never got swept, carpets didn’t get vacuumed at all and we were there for seven days. Food was great every day and the staff were pleasant.

The staff was very friendly, and the location was convenient.

Cons:

Lights didn't work for outside pool and patio area. We were on the first floor room above us had kids jumping around all hours of the night.

Pros:

The desk clerk, Mason, was amazing. We were having trouble with our room door, and he came to assist us in getting into our room. He even gave us a recommendation to a restaurant. He was very friendly. The ducks were cute.

Cons:

The door was broken, the water didn't get hot in the shower, there were no sheets/ blankets for the sleeper sofa, and the a.c. stop working in the middle of the night. Called the night clerk and received absolutely no help. After about an hour, we were finally able to get it to turn on after switching the batteries around in the thermostat.

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Good location out of the busy areas. Building itself is nice but the rooms need some updates, bathroom in particular. I'll never understand why hotels dont just put walk in/stand in showers. Geez who is trying to take a bath in a small tub at a hotel? Maybe im the oddball i dont know. Anyways loved the staff who were really nice, especially the younger gentleman and overall I would stay there again if in the area.
