Great room and breakfast. Staff kind.
Nothing.
Location was perfect and breakfast was fantastic.
We had requested joined rooms, which they said they will give us. Unfortunately, the rooms were separate.
A proximité des grands axes, du parc national et des centres urbains
Personnel accueillant et serviable
Chambre propre, spacieuse et bien équipée
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié
Breakfast was awesome!!! The room was close to everything.
No complaints.
Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, old vomit in the bathroom…..trash breakfast.
We were traveling through the area and wanted to visit the national park nearby. We selected this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the park and visitors center. The lobby and reception areas were quite nice. Our room was clean and had plenty of space for our family, and the elevators were speedy and not creepy. The hotel seemed pretty busy and had a mix of adults and families. We were somewhat disappointed with the breakfast offerings. We came down around 9:00 a.m. and most everything was picked over and not replenished in the time we were there. This happened on both mornings we stayed at the hotel. On the second morning, I did see someone working in the kitchen area, which I didn't see the first day; I might've asked for a replenishment had I seen someone working. By the second morning, we were looking to hit the road and head home, so I didn't think it was worth asking. The evening reception was also underwhelming in terms of offerings. We went down shortly after it started and there were 3 warming dishes. One had a helping of meatballs in marinara, another had a lone hotdog bun, and the other looked like it had maybe been used but was otherwise empty. Beer and wine available for a cost. We did use the pool a few times and both days, the pool towel area hadn't been replenished. The dirty towels had been removed from the nearby hamper, but the towel storage itself showed no signs it had been replaced with new towels. The water itself was quite cloudy and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool, or even halfway down. We weren't sure if this was because it was a salt water pool or if it was some kind of chemical imbalance. I did tell someone at the desk about it and they said they'd look into it. The pool area does have life jackets for little ones, which is a nice touch. The bathroom toiletries are Dove products; the body wash didn't feel like the Dove I use at home, but I appreciate nicer products instead of the soaps that are usually quite drying. Overall, it worked for what we needed this weekend, but if we were going to be in town for a longer stay, we'd look for another place to stay.
Plenty of space in the room
My family was not able to rest as from 12-430am
The room above mine jumped around all night. Told the front desk but it was not fixed
Close to highway and resteraunts
This facility is pretty worn and poorly maintained. It's obvious that the owners are allowing it to crumble
Housekeeping rarely available
The roominess
Nothing
The room was by far beyond what we expected!! It was the best yet and we have been to a lot of hotels. Great hotel chain. The staff at the front desk was on point and accommodating to all our needs. I’m a mom of 3 and we came for a last minute spring break swim and stay. Perfect.
Location
Our room was not in good shape and needs to be upgraded, toilet and shower did not work properly
I gave this hotel a 2 because the hotel staff was fantastic. They really went above and beyond their job duties. When we walked in the hotel, the lobby looked run down. Once in our room, the rug was disgustingly dirty. The room was not clean as everything was covered in dust. The beds were so hard, like sleeping on cement block. The coffee pot that they leave in the room, for your convenience, did not work. I travel for work and stay at a lot of Comfort Ins, I’ve never had such a bad experience like this.
The property was clean, well maintained, with everything needed. Loved breakfast, it was really great variety, appreciated the opportunity to do your own laundry for free. A room felt like an apartment - very spacious. The full kitchen gave an opportunity to cook meals which was super convenient for my extended stay.
I liked everything.
Very clean and hospitable
The two bedroom suite... really nice!
The bed was high for my 2 senior Aunts (98 & 84).
