Pros:

Heated pool, spacious, clean, and breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The pool was closed. One of the main reasons we stayed here. Also our room wasn’t ready at 3pm for check in.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. It had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was AMAZING. The host lady was wonderful. Im sorry I cant remember her name. The food was hot and ready!

Pros:

It is always a pleasure to stay at Staybridge Suites. The rooms are comfortable, the staff pleasant, and breakfast is great! Myrna does a great job providing tasty food, and many choices.

It was nice for wha they had to offer price could of been a bit less.
Pros:

The pool was very nice and the morning breakfast was very nice to have .

Cons:

Bathroom door didn't stay shut. Had to wait for it to finish being cleaned. No toliet paper. A little expensive for 1 night.

Bad hotel and staff.
Pros:

I did eat breakfast there as i had to leave before they did the set for both days. But i did pick up yogurt to go.

Cons:

1. The room was close to the side entrance. And i could hear every time the door was opened and closed.
2. The room smelled
3. The bathroom had molds all over. I took pictures
4. Seemed rundown place
5. They would not extend for one hour for me to take a shower after my marathon.
6. Saturday, the tub clogged, and the room phone did not work. I had to walk over to seek help. The Janitor came and helped resolve the issues.

Would have been better if my kids could enjoy it. Front desk lady that checked us in horrible.
Pros:

I like the fact we could swim and had a very nice patio we could sit at.

Cons:

When people reserve a room with children you should let them know they will get a long list of rules to where if your children have fun you get kicked out pretty much. That's unacceptable and kinda cruel to kids.

I hated it and will never stay at this hotel again. My experience was horrible.
Pros:

I liked that they offer a laundry facility that is free to guest.
Only person who was nice and had good customer service was the housekeeper Jenn !

Cons:

A number of things :
My room wasn’t cleaned prior to my arrival
My toilet was broken and I asked more than once for staff to fix it
Nobody was welcoming
My stay was terrible and the MOD didn’t want to compensate me because he said they’d have to pay the booking site commission still and they’d lose money.
They had a pipe break so there were tons of crap on the floors and fans in the walkways for several days
The elevator didn’t work from upper levels so you had to inconveniently call the front desk EVERY TIME you wanted to do to the first floor.
The staff rushes you even before checkout time to leave, but offer no assistance to help the process.
