Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed feedback: several guests reported dust and poor cleaning and one reported a bathtub caving in; other guests noted rooms were clean. Overall slightly below average due to repeated cleanliness complaints.
Service
10
Strongly positive: multiple mentions of very helpful, friendly, professional and courteous front desk/staff. Frequent praise justifies a top score.
Location
9
Consistently praised for convenience: close to events, freeway access, restaurants and parking—frequently cited as a major pro.
Room Quality
8
Generally comfortable and spacious rooms reported, but some issues noted (small bed not as expected, one report of bathtub damage) leading to a slightly above-average score.
Amenities
9
Very positive: indoor pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, gym, free laundry and evening snacks/happy hour frequently praised; minor negatives about pet area and pool windows near some rooms.
Value for Money
6.5
Several guests felt the property was pricey for what it offers and one explicitly said 'not worth the money'; value is a clear weakness.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent/plentiful and evening snacks were appreciated. Lack of an on-site restaurant/bar was noted by a few, but F&B offerings received strong positive sentiment overall.
Overall Experience
8.8
Mostly positive overall: multiple glowing, recommend/stay-again reports and one exemplary 'perfect' stay, tempered by a number of moderate-to-serious single-issue complaints (cleanliness, value, booking issues).

Breakfast was plentiful, snacks were a nice bonus, and the laundry and gym facilities were convenient and well-equipped.
Pros:

Breakfast featured a generous spread while the evening snacks was a nice added touch. The on-site laundry facilities, equipped with modern washers and dryers, made it easy to keep our clothes fresh, and the well-maintained exercise room—with its range of cardio machines and free weights—offered a convenient way to stay active during our trip.

Cons:

The pet area and pool windows were located adjacent to our room, which was less than ideal. Additionally, we inadvertently left some clothing behind and were unable to recover them after contacting property.
