Not worth the money
Pros:

The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Cons:

The room was terrible. The bathtub was caving in the middle and it was uncomfortable to stand in you started slipping due to the way it curved. There’s a “dog park” but it’s 10 minutes away

A wonderful stay at a great hotel in north Albuquerque.
Pros:

Everything at this hotel was excellent. The indoor pool, the hot tub, the queen suite room, the breakfast, the parking, etc. I had zero (0) issues with anything and the place exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel, it's location and everything else there as 5 star. It's very, very rare for me to rate a hotel as perfect, but this one was just that. Highly recommend and highly satisfied with our 3 night stay here. Wonderful experience!!

Cons:

Really nothing I can think of. Staff was very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service as well. No issues or dislikes whatsoever.

Disappointing
Pros:

It sure where to start. First the good. Joe on the front desk was awesome. Unfortunately he was only there once during my stay. Housekeeping was great the first 4 nights. Now for the now so good. The AC in the room was fair at best. Couldn’t get the room below 73. The carpet between the bathroom and bedroom was lifted up at the seam, sh when you stepped on that spot, the part with the nails that holds it down stick into you. The breakfast folks never refilled the bagels or jelly. Once it was gone it was gone. The gym was missing more that half the dumbbells and the exercise ball was destroyed and the electronics for the bikes was hanging out or on the floor. Now I have no problem tipping housekeeping but don’t leave the card to do it and another QR code on the desk basically asking for it every day. I kept moving it and everyday it was back in front of my face. They really need to do better.

Rooms were nice. Towels at the pool.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The pictures made it look fantastic. Very bland food. Ran out of bowls and plates.

Limpieza, nada mas!

Cuando llegamos tardaron para darnos el cuarto, cuando por fin nos lo dieron no servía el A C llamamos a front desk y nunca nos contestaron, tuve que bajar y me dice la persona encargada que lo apagara y en 10 minutos se arreglaba, que quiza estaba congelado, es la peor estupidez de respuesta, al final mandaron una persona de mantenimiento y lo solucionó. Se supone que checan los cuartos antes de rentar. Las regaderas con muy poca presion, pagamos casi $700.00 por 2 noches y ni siquiera nos limpiaron el cuarto, el día que teniamos que dejar la habitacion bajamos a desayunar y pedimos toallas, tardamos casi 30 minutos y subimos a la habitacion y no llegaron las toallas, nos bañamos y no llegaron, casi para dejar el cuarto fueron a dejar las toallas, inútil! La secadora de pelo no funcionó, el jacuzzi no servía, el caso es que todo mal. Jamás regresaría a este Hotelucho🤮

Great Location - Great Stay!
Pros:

StayStaybridge Suites Albuquerque North was perfect for our visit. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite with a fully equipped kitchen. They serve breakfast every morning, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. We’ll definitely return and stay again.

Great stay, would recommend. Accidentally left laundry and I wasn’t returned, big thumbs down.

Staff and grounds are very nice but room needs to be updated with new carpet.
Pros:

Location. Clean. Nice dog area. Very nice courtyard and indoor pool. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Very expensive. Over $300 a night. Room was clean but old furnishings and carpet. Would have stayed elsewhere but would have to pay penalty if I cancelled.
