Safety and noise
Pros:

Location, easy check-in, cleanliness.

Cons:

Was very loud on our floor. There was a kids hockey team staying on our floor. They blocked the entire hallway, set up their goal nets, and were playing hockey for hours. We used the stairwell from the third floor. Since it was impossible to walk through the hallway to the elevator. Neither the staff nor the adults who accompanied those kids thought about fire safety or any unforseen emergency. We didn't complain. However, this should have been addressed by the staff.

Pros:

Location & spacious room.

Cons:

Low breakfast quality and almost no varieties.

Housekeeping didn't change sheets for the whole stay of 3 nights and didn't change towels for the last day as they didn't have clean towels ready.

The hotel didn't provide tooth brushes / paste like other BW locations .

Pros:

Big space, & comfortable

Cons:

When I arrived, there was a yellow circle stain in the middle of the sheets on the bed. Also, didn’t realize I was only given one towel and not two when I got out of the shower and there wasn’t one for me. I had to use my boyfriend’s wet towel.

The hotel and room on the surface its decent with a room with a kitchen at the price is very good.

Cons:

Two things happened at my last stay really pissed me off. First the breakfast. They have no fresh fruit there not even oranges or apples.. absolutely no fresh fruit. Very unhealthy that they don't carry any type of fruit options whatsoever. They need to have at least the bare minimum fruit there there of some kind like other hotel establishments. Get that fixed. Also not a big issue but the butter that they have there and the cream cheese. My girlfriend and I are not sure if its real. We could not identify what kind of cream cheese they were using and I think the butter may in fact be margarine instead. My wish is they get those two items looked at but this is a minor complaint. Get fruit into the breakfast area!

Major complaint which I brought to the attention to the front desk person. The unit we stayed in, we discovered that there is an ant nest that exist under the kitchen cabinetry. Lots of ants. This need to be corrected immediately. Due to the fact we were on the first floor they need to look at how the first floor of that place was built and treat the main floor units for any kind of bug infestation. That really pissed me off. Fortunately I discovered this on the last day of my stay there. I'm going to let time pass before I go back there again but these issues better be addressed or it will really hurt that place. The rooms and the facilities are very good for the price just address theses issues.

Very dusty and unsanitary.
Pros:

Some guests from the conference were sneezing after checking into the hotel, and I was sneezing badly and developed a sore throat from the dusty and moldy A/C and heating unit …dingy and blood stained sheets were not changed from the previous guest before me. Sheets were not properly washed and basically so old you could see through them where the fabric was breaking down, they even gave me a torn towel. Guess what? First day the toilet had old feces under the rims. Thank GOD I basically did my own cleaning before sitting on that toilet.

worst hotel ever stayed in
Pros:

not helpful and not caring and there is no manger on duty at all in the 5 days i stayed here

there is also no lock to the pool room and a child got in there and almost fell in,
rust running out of the metal doors in the pool area where kids are walking on it,
hot food was sitting in a lake of oil, oranges where rotten, staff doesn't clean the dinning area customers have to clean the tables them self's

hotel rooms have heavily stained carpets, broken lights, TVs don't have proper cable and blurry and shuts off ever few minutes due to service, my room even had a bathroom door that was broken in the middle so it just flapped it was like there was nothing in the middle of door

at one point my room was filled with pool towel I'm assuming ran out of regular towels and the pool area had no towels
