Great room at good rates, with a convenient location for getting about in London

We will definitely be back.
Pros:

The room was such an amazing size and the beds were so comfortable. Having a kitchen to cook in was so wonderful for my special needs son. The pool was so wonderfully relaxing after a weekend softball tournament. The staff were so wonderful and pleasant. They really took their time to listen to and answer my sons questions. Breakfast had lots of choices and my son loved the cartoons on the TV in the sitting area.
We will definitely be staying here again.

Near perfect stay, if only for the cot being ready for our baby.
Pros:

Clean and efficient

Cons:

We requested a cot, which wasn’t ready after a really long day travelling from the UK.
It took a very long time to get the cot once pointed out, but the manager did go out of his way.
Staff were great, general areas were immaculate, in addition to room.

Highly recommended hotel. Great stay.
Pros:

Workers felt like a family. Very caring, accomodating and professional staff. Cleanliness was outstanding. One of the best hotels we've stayed at.
