Offered breakfast. We had sleeping options. The kitchenette was nice if you were planning to stay longer.
There was no privacy between the bedroom and bathroom sink area which meant you had to change in the toilet/bathroom area. We were next door to the elevator so you heard that all night. They basically told us at check in that they upgraded us to a King Suite…which is what I booked in the first place. But if you’re going to act like you are going to give us more than we asked for, putting us next to elevator was not a plus.
Decent breakfast, quiet location
TV didn't work. No advance notice of a area cable issue, left trying to figure it out. Asked for no pet room due to allergies. Appears that room has had pets in it before.

Long wait to check in. Only one staff member on hand while line grew. Eventually another staff member appeared and things then moved faster.
Hotel did have “tap” for credit card payment. I was using a company credit card and I could not remember the PIN. It is extremely rare to not have “tap” payment at large businesses and this created more delay in getting checked in.
Another guest was given my room number, which resulted in him trying (unsuccessfully) to enter my room. I opened the door and it was awkward and embarrassing. The other guest was friendly and apologetic as was I.

The heating unit made a loud humming noise when on
Comfortable bed, however I was disappointed that maids didn't come in to pick up towels off of floor or make the bed. I know this was how things were done during covid. Now it should be applied again. If I wan't to crawl into an unmade bed I would use a Airbnb. Also a smart tv. There was a Netflix button on tv, but was no use.
