All else was nice.
Pros:

Everything except the pool experience.
Which was our main reason for staying.

Cons:

The pool had an unbearable amount of chlorine .
Our swim seats faded and the kids were itching .
Staff had to open outside doors.

Pros:

The staff was extremely sweet and helpful! We got to check in early and check out the basketball court and weight room. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The fold out bed on the couch was a surprise and blankets were already in the room, no need to ask for them.

Cons:

The hot tub was maybe a little too chlorinated and caused some skin irritation.

Would definitely stay here again in the future
Pros:

I liked a lot about this property, the king suit was amazingly beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the front desk was very nice and polite.

Cons:

The pool area and jacuzzi tub had so much chlorine in it, it was burning our eyes and it was hard to breathe at times.

It was good. I always in joy the pool and spa and the pantry.
Pros:

I was upset the breakfast closed 15 minutes early. I was in town to put my father to rest R.I.P and we were having alot of emotions and when I would go to breakfast they were packing everything up. So we kind of got to enjoy it a little.

Cons:

And I when I call to see if I could get a price match they informed me they cannot do that. I said I would still get my points. Filled up on the way home never received her HGI points for this day or our last day which was very disappointed. They told me they price match when the fact that they do not. Please do better. It's like you're tough and the amenities

Even though we were under stress due to pending surgery the Staybridge was the best.
Pros:

Helpful staff, very quiet, clean, and cool room since temperature was 95 degrees. Would recommend highly to friends and family.
