Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple guests described the property as extremely clean and well kept; one report noted a rusted door handle and bathroom issues which slightly lowered the score.
Service
8.2
Staff (notably Pam and managers) received high praise for friendliness and helpfulness, but a serious lost-item/theft complaint alleging staff mishandling significantly reduced confidence.
Location
8.7
Frequently noted as convenient and close to Kroger, Novi Mall, restaurants and the Show Place; walking paths and proximity to local attractions praised.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as comfortable with in-room kitchens and good privacy, but some maintenance issues (bathroom rusted handle, awkward public shower area) tempered the rating.
Amenities
8.4
Good amenity set mentioned (hot spa, swimming pool, basketball court, in-room fridge/dishes), though issues cited include no pool changing area and unreliable soda machines.
Value for Money
7.4
Generally seen as reasonable given cleanliness and amenities, but complaints about a $150 room deposit and the theft incident lowered perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast consistently described as great, hot and fresh across multiple reviews, supporting a strong score.
Overall Experience
8.5
Majority of stays were very positive with exceptional housekeeping and welcoming staff; however a single severe theft complaint significantly detracted from some guests' overall experience.

Fantastic
Pros:

Pam at the front desk was an absolute delight, she helped tremendously with a mix up due to my own lack of knowledge, while staying calm, smiling and focused on helping, even cracked a couple jokes! She’s absolutely amazing!

My single stay at Staybridge
Pros:

The privacy of a kitchen inside the room with me gives a single bachelor the sense of living alone and taking care of his own needs.

Cons:

The pool did not have a changing area. Some customers want a little privacy. I had to change in the bathroom. The bathroom had rusted door handle and mirror. Felt like the bathroom was not up to code. And there was a shower next to the bathroom. But it was public use.

Lovely stay
Pros:

In town for the Vibe Credit Union Show Place. Chose this location being the closest hotel to the Show Place and the great reviews. So glad we chose this location.
We truly enjoyed our stay!!! We appreciated the managers working with us after needing to extend. Everyone's hospitality and warm greetings did not go unnoticed! It was the highlight of our stay. The roomshousekeeping are Exceptional - 20 stars if I could!! Keep up the fabulous work. We will be booking here again next time!
To note: The lovely walking path, saw deer and birds.
Close to Novi Mall, restaurants, grocery and fun activities.
