Definitely will be back!
Pros:

Flexible! They were very accommodating to early check in and even gave us a later check out due to weather! When we arrived they told me about the event we were attending being rescheduled due to our winter storm. They told me how about getting a refund too. Our event is rescheduled for March and we already booked a room for that day! Elouise was very sweet and willing to help. There was another lady there as well Saturday helping as well but I didn’t catch her name.

Pros:

Easy 5min walk to Alamodome and about still close enough to Riverwalk also.

Cons:

The sing area opened right by beds so when get ready to much light for others. Needs possibly a curtain type door

Cons:

I didn't want to stay in the downtown area due to the parking situation. I don't like Valet Parking. I'm not going to have someone else go and park my car then have to call so they can bring it. I ended up still having to pay for parking.

Very good attention and service by the hotel staff facilities everything very clean, breakfast very good, this year we were there twice, the location is also another good point and its surroundings very quiet

We were assigned a twin-bed suite despite having paid for a large double-bed room, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not improve from there.
First and foremost, the hotel is extremely noisy. A dog was left alone in a nearby room and barked continuously for hours, late into the night. I contacted reception and asked them to reach the owners, but they were unable to do so. The barking continued unchecked, making it impossible to rest properly.
The room itself was below the standard we were expecting. The air conditioning was very loud and blew directly directly above the head of the beds, causing constant noise and discomfort. The room layout was also poorly designed: the TV screen is placed on the side, making it impossible to watch from the beds.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The breakfast room was completely full, with no available tables or seats. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the waiter suggested that we take food and coffee back to our room. We agreed, but when we took cups from the cupboard in the kitchen suite, they were dirty.
This is unacceptable for a hotel that claims a certain level of comfort and service. Overall, between the noise, lack of sleep, poor room comfort, and inadequate breakfast arrangements, this is not a hotel we would recommend.
