Pros:

The kitchen in the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and just an overall great place. It’s next to the train station, which you barely can hear if at all and it’s close to the H-E-B center, which is within walking distance it’s close to the Henry B Gonzalez convention center, and within walking distance to the river everything‘s amazing! The staff, especially the ladies upfront that we talked to were as genuine and as lovely and nice as can be! We were there for a volleyball tournament, so I’m sure they saw a lot of us and they were always so pleasant and an extremely nice.

Cons:

The only complaint I had about the property is out of two elevators, one was out of order, so there was only one elevator in use

The bathroom was small and one of the elevators was down during our entire stay.

Great customer service.
Pros:

Front desk lady was so kind, she help us a lot and was so nice. Thank you. Breakfast is so good and location very convenient.

Cons:

1 elevator was broken, so, just 1 was working and it was a lot of waiting time to find a spot.

Loved staying here, will probably book again next year.
Pros:

The property is clean and well-maintained, and located so close to the AlamoDome and Convention center.

Cons:

Parking was a little tricky because of how they shift you back out into the street to access the lot, but definitely not a huge deal.
