Amazing facility but subpar breakfast.
Pros:

Great place quite and very easy to get to and from. Staff was amazing.

Cons:

The Breakfast was not very good. Lacking and not very good. For hot food. As for all the cold food and pastries they were what you would expected.

I would stay again because of the staff Kevin, Myrna and Sophia. Kevin rectified all the issues

The staff was incredible.

Cons:

jacuzzi bubbles didn't work consistently
restroom closest to pool was locked we had to walk to the front desk for the restroom
TVs didn't work consistently
found things in my room from previous guest

Nightmare!
Pros:

I like that the suites are spacious.

Cons:

We stayed for 8 nights. Smoke alarm in our room kept going off on its own in the middle of the night. Reported to front desk but no one came to fix it until our last night because it was not stopping at all. Front desk came and took the smoke alarm off for it to stop. Pool and jacuzzi were dirty and smelled like pee. Tv is old. Damages in every corner of the room. Never got to use the microwave because it was broken. People drinking in the lobby at night. Will not stay here again.
