It was OK but definitely not the great experience.

Cons:

Elevator stopped working, no sign for that. Hard to figure out where to get ice. Front desk staff on days wasn't helpful

Overall, the stay was ok but struggling with a cart with flat tires or finding a cart was not good
Pros:

Plenty of space for breakfast and the breakfast was good for a pre prepared breakfast. The staff was quick to fix any issues we might have had. The rooms being suites, had a lot of room.

Cons:

The carts were not the greatest because they had inflatable tires which needed air or it was hard to track down one. It was difficult tracking down desk personnel after normal business hrs. The room didn't have a pot to, at least boil water for spagetti.

Cockroach
Pros:

Location was perfect for not only family visiting but right on the freeway.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in my bed and when I went to tell the lady on shift she offered to move me into another room and unfortunately if there is one there is more. It was our last night there and we had five people to have to move everything and everyone when leaving in four hours would have been a challenge. Was told someone would call us been three days and not a call, email nothing!

Pros:

The breakfast was great, a lot of selection of different food. Hard broil eggs, scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, self made waffles, cereals, etc. The staff are wonderful. I have an issue of not knowing how to turn on the stove in my room and called the front desk. A staff knocked on the door about a minute later to help. All the staffs are very polite.
