Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Exceptional staff, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a great location with lots of food options and stores nearby.

Best Breakfast, front desk could use some "sugar"

Breakfast selection and quality along with the staff in the dining area were outstanding, first class

Cons:

The weekend front desk staff lacked personality, a little too curt in communication exchanges. Fan blades were fuzzy due to excessive amount of dust on all fan blades in rooms.

Great and easy
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Jada at the front desk made us feel like old friends. She always greeted us with a smile and ask if we needed anything.

The locations is easy to get and convenient to shopping and dining.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful. We were not able to stay the two days due to an unexpected funeral. The extea day was removed without question. The room was beyond expectation.
