All in all, our stay was very pleasant and we will come back again!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, but the fruits were stale.

Cons:

The fruit were very slippery and stale. Need to actually serve fresh fruits.

This is hotel is nice but too expensive considering the treatment and cleanliness
Pros:

Front desk staff was excellent, made us feel very welcome and were extremely accommodating.

Cons:

Remaining staff were very rude, especially at breakfast. Asked for more syrup with an hour left in service and was told no. When pushed she went back and got sugar free and basically threw it down. Room was not clean, a fingernail was left on bathroom floor, floors not swept etc. Pool not opened on time until we asked at front desk.

Pros:

My husband and I stay at Staybridge Suites every time we are in town to visit family. We have not been disappointed yet! It's like our home away from home. We enjoy the suites, the morning breakfasts ((the hours are great) and the location is in perfect proximity to where our family lives.

Treat your guests better and with respect.
Pros:

Very clean hotel, comfortable room and bed, clean pool area and gym.

Cons:

Some of the staff members were completely rude and very unprofessional and while I was there it was some teenagers who kept knocking on my room door and running away when I opened my door, I went to the front desk but nothing was done about it, I also asked for a late check out due to the disruption of my stay and was told I can only get 30mins extra, I honestly don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.

Pros:

Great location, i think i will try another location. Next time

Best experience in our 60 years of travel.
Pros:

Breakfast waa the best. Food was prepared great. The two ladies that fixed it were very happy acting and friendly and clean and courteous and very efficient. Loved it. Their names were Jo Jo and Ms Laura. The motel personnel were courteous but not as friendly or attentive as the breakfast ladies.

I wouldn't stay here again! My car would have been a better experience & cheaper.
Pros:

It was easy to find and the woman at the desk was kind. The manager who sends out a "How's it going?" text was polite and empathetic to my disappointments.

Cons:

Most of the reviews seemed good so we chose this place. However, they didn't match our experience.

There is a terrible smell on the 4th floor hallways. It smells similar to if you mixed a bunch of Dollar Tree cleaning chemicals and then tried to mask it with essential oil candles. The room was barely more tolerable. There was what appeared to be mold coming through a spot on the ceiling in the bedroom and looked like it had been attempted to be painted over. Housekeeping had to be sent up right after we arrived to get hair left in the tub. There was also dried food splattered in the kitchen area that hadn't been noticed by housekeeping.

Both elevators had food crumbs along the edges and corners of the floors. On the first floor, someone swept a pile of stuff into the corner near the elevators and then left it with the broom. We checked in around the later afternoon and it was still there the next morning.

The washer & dryers are free, however I chose not to use them and go to a laundromat a few minutes away due to the lack of cleanliness in the laundry facility room & I felt like I had the ability to pay off-site.

We had booked 5 nights and left the next morning after the first night. I would have left sooner, but I was too exhausted to drive anywhere else.

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Great place to stop in Norfolk area. Convenient to highway, clean and clean everyone was very friendly, particularly Ms. Laura, who also did a great job keeping the breakfast/happy hour clean and stocked.
