The staff was uniformly cheerful and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very pleasant and the staff a delight.
There are two safety issues that concerned us. One was that the bathtub really needs TWO safety bars. Because of the narrowness of the tub, the curvature of the bottom is accentuated and therefore makes one’s footing a bit precarious. The second concerns the driveway into and out of the hotel property. When exiting during commuter hours, turning out into that road with oncoming traffic can be a little dicey. The cars really don’t seem to know to slow down when approaching that exit for hotel guests.

The location is perfect and quietly. The room was clean and organized, the room space was good
I didn't like breakfast very much, the options were very limited, and I didn't like turning off the lights when breakfast time was over and people were still eating
Had a great 12 night stay at Staybridge suites recently. The rooms are really spacious and super clean, perfect if you’re staying a while. Loved the beautiful courtyard and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around Vaughan as well as into Toronto proper. The gym space is pretty good (could use a bit of an update to the equipment which is showing it's age) - overall this hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a reasonable rate with good amenities and excellent rooms. Oh and it's pet friendly as a bonus!
The only issue I have is the lack of handicap parking, ONE space for the entire hotel! Having to park across the street was annoying!

Staff is super friendly and it shows this is part of the excellent service culture. This hotel offers lots of home away from home comforts. It is due for a rennovation but still offers great value.
