Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was unacceptable. My room was infested with cockroaches, which is something no guest should ever experience. When I complained, the staff did not seem to care and offered no real assistance. I was told I could switch rooms, but no help was provided to move, and no apology or courtesy was extended.

The lack of concern and poor customer service made an already bad situation worse. I will not be returning.

El personal siempre es muy amable y servicial. Además todos te hablan español con gusto. Tiene muy buena ubicación.

Muy sucio. Imposible no darse cuenta. Cubiertos sucios con comida acomodados en sus gavetas. Impisible no darse cuenta. Piso sucio. Sucio en general.

Pros:

What I have to say is this, how this place is kept is great , staff was wonderful and helpful, there was nothing wrong with the environment,
HOWEVER, you will not be charged for your stay until 4 business days after you check out.

Other hotels you're charged the day of and or at least 2 business days, this place waits 4 business days, or they'll possibly charge you twice. Do not stay here

Dreadful heat
Pros:

The location was fine

Cons:

The AC didn’t work. It was in the 80’s. Maintenance came to look at it and alleged that it happened bc we had it set to 60’s. I told him that we set it that low to try and get it to cool off. It was already hot before we moved the temperature. He was supposed to come back but never did. We were sweating and it was very uncomfortable
