The rooms were very clean. Staff was extremely friendly to me and my family. Breakfast delicious. Location amazing. We were in walking distance to a bunch of cool spots like Ani's Day & Night (thank you Oscar for suggesting this place) and less than a 15 minute drive to the Central Library (highly suggest visiting 6 stories high with a rooftop garden and art gallery for free!!) and the cathedral of junk (also highly suggest. Hours vary. Saturday 10-5 Sunday Closed call for weekday hours at 512-299-7413)

We were in Austin because my son had to take a Hunters Fiels Certification class and this hotel was next door to the class. Our stay here has been wonderful. The staff was so accommodating, (pool stuff) Pleasant and just great people. Shout out to Oscar for making our stay 100x better by recommending Ani's Day & Night. If you're from out of town or have never been to Ani's this is your sign to go. My family (boyfriend, two kids aged 14 and 7) all had a wonderful time. Morning time we stumbled upon the metaphysical fair and at night time we danced our hearts out to live Samba music. Frederico7 was amazing. Shout out to Nancy for the amazing breakfast. Best chorizo eggs and bean tacos. Breakfast all the days has been amazing. Clean rooms, attentive, friendly staff, and a pool.

Counted 3 live cockroaches in my room. Additionally, security woke me in the middle of the night to inspect a fire alarm issue. Paper thin walls, which made noisy neighbors difficult. Bad experience all around.

Hotel under renovation so physical space not at its best. However the staff was very gracious and helpful, going above and beyond. This included folks preparing and tending breakfast buffet, which had numerous good options, as well as reception staff who were attentive and friendly without sacrificing efficiency.

The room was great with good amenities and a solid kitchen setup although I didn’t use it this visit. I would visit again.

As I walked in I was greeted by Oscar with a great smile and warming welcome. He quickly took care of our check in and informed us of all the amenities. Very clean and smelled great. Rooms are very clean quiet. Great stay! Oscar is a great employee and very empathetic!

I had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Hotel Airport during a layover and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was awesome seeing Oscar again we had met him before, and he once again went above and beyond to take great care of us. His hospitality truly made a long travel day so much easier and more pleasant. The pantry and snack area were fully stocked, which was a huge plus and really appreciated. The kitchen staff all around had been great, thank you to Clarissa for the amazing barbecue sliders. Also thank you to Ceci and Nora for the amazing room with city view. The hotel felt welcoming, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone with a layover or long stay!

This place has all the amenities I recommend for someone working because social hour is basically dinner and any drink you want 3 days a week. They have a awesome kitchen and staff all around has been great especially Oscar at the front was quick and friendly on all my requests & all around very clean place
