Friendly Staff
Room was suppose to be a double queen as per the reservation, what we got was a queen bed with a hideaway bed couch that was the equivalence of a queen bed. Approached staff about this and while staff was polite they were not able to give us a 2 bed queen. Shower was semi warm at best, and booking.com says there is breakfast but we found out the next morning that they no longer have breakfast, as they are an extended a stay hotel now. Bedding was dirty and stained (possibly urine and pee).
The room and the space
No breakfast
Quiet, cozy room. The bed was comfortable.
Sofa was sagging.
I needed to wash my clothes and had to pay $2 for laundry detergent then I had to dry my clothes TWICE, which was a waste of my money! I did not feel safe but I needed a room after driving too long.

Nice having a kitchenette
All our dishes in the cupboards were dirty, every single towel in our bathroom had either blood or bright yellow stains, left a half empty shampoo bottle for us. I just don’t think they did anything but make the bed and when I went to get clean towels, the guy didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that it wasn’t supposed to be that way
Not much.
We booked a room with 2 beds. When we got there the room only had one bed and a sofa. We went back to clarify with reception. Showed him the reservation form saying two beds. He made us pay extra to get a room with two beds.
The desk clerk was pleasant but not friendly.
We found bugs in the room but we were not compensated whatsoever. I even gave them the bug on a napkin.
We have stayed at this property numerous times in the past, and it has always been an excellent stay. It is easy to access, has great parking, friendly and helpful staff, manager is out standing, shopping and dining is close by.
This is a great property for families but needs alot of maintenance done. Ceiling paint peeljng in bathroom, bathtub not draining and standing in 6 inches of water. Beds very worn. Staff friendly and helpful.
We stayed here for several nights and all the staff was nice, good rooms, ect. No one bothered us, everything was quiet, and the staff was actually educated on service dogs which was very refreshing
Bathroom was very dark with two lightbulbs on the mirror. This was the max light you could get. Bathroom door edge was rotting. Could not get onto balcony as door would not unlock. Asked about it and were told, “sometimes it’s just hard to open”. Room phone did not work at all despite being plugged in. Bathroom in pool area had the walls and vanity legs disintegrating and with large pieces missing. Hot tub looked like it had never been cleaned. Staff were not overly friendly. Most of hotel was aged but appeared clean.
The room had been recently cleaned, painted and refurbished. Made me feel good that some companies are still being proactive with things.
Great room size and killer price!
Hotel doesn’t seem to care about guest comfort. There was no air conditioning to speak of in my room, & it was very hot outside. A unit blowing a little coolish air wasn’t enough to cool the room it was in let alone 2 rooms. I’d already asked for a different room & was refused because of my little dog. Thought it would eventually cool down but it didn’t. By around 7, it was cooler outside. Couldn’t open windows since it was the ground floor. Extremely uncomfortable. Also, toilet handle was broken so had to open the tank every time to flush. No poop bags in the dispenser or water/cups/towels in the tiny fitness room. Some equipment wasn’t working. Meanwhile, front desk staff was mostly sitting around every time I saw them - 1 behind the desk & the other in the coffee area on his phone.
The rooms were unclean, even aftee being moved. First room smelled of oee. Second room shower was dirty with leftovers from last guest. Air circulation sucks, so tried to open the window. It was broken like so i had to propt it open.
It’s good. Worth the money. Kinda out of the way.
Hotel could use a refresh. Carpets seem very dirty in our room and the toilet barely flushed
