Great location
Nothing, everything was great
We paid $25 for early check in which a year ago was possible with no fee.

Scrambled eggs were good.
Room was very damp something wrong with air conditioning.
Coffee machine in dire need of upgrading.
This year the only hot food for breakfast was scrambled eggs and the juice machine was broken.
Last year tge hot food was waffles scrambled eggs sausage and juice.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the pool was nice.
The website says they have a meeting room available, but this does not appear to be the case.

The property itself was centralized to the beaches
The property was way over priced for what they offered. We payed for queen size beds and it is questionable if they may have been double. Bare minimum on toiletries. No coffee maker. Damages in the room, large burn hole in the curtain, missing floor tiles, cracked door stopper panel, missing tiles around the mirror in the bathroom. When reported , was told I’m not sure how that passed inspection. We left for the day, our towel were changed but the bed was not made, the walls were thin and had a toddler running over our head from 6 am until the wee hours in the morning. Or banging from the rooms next to us. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage, toast bagels, cereal. Water pressure in the bathroom was barely there. No towels in the pool area, had to ask. Pool chemical closet was left wide open, huge safety risk to young children. For two night and $586 I guess it was a place to lay our heads. No staff present and maid carts in the hall so I guess if you needed something it was help yourself
It was clean and quiet.
Uncomfortable mattress, could use updated AC units it wasn't running properly. Staff was .. neither pleasant nor unpleasant. Just kind of there. I feel like if you see a bride and groom walk up to your counter they obviously just came from their wedding you'd maybe smile? Say congratulations? Enjoy your stay? Nope, not this guy. Very bare minimum doing your job; ID, Credit card, here's your room. Done. Not rude or anything just basic.
The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was not very good. The hotel did not have AC except in the rooms,. so it was always hot in public areas. I waited when I checked in for about 5 or 6 minutes while the person at the desk chatted on the phone. Sometimes these things happen, but it wasn't until there were two other people waiting with me when they quickly shuffled off of the phone. I must not have been important enough. I'm usually not petty, but that was noticeable enough to be annoying.
Location was convenient price was great hotel in itself was clean
The breakfast was horrible ! The housekeepers never cleaned our room the only thing they brought was towels that was it they didn't even dump the garbage
Location was good. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was very cleaned.
Pool was advertised as heated, it wasn't. No face cloths in our room, Kleenex box was empty, only one paper cup. Room prices were a little high. Tv channels were confusing.
Room was clean.
Bathroom. I have mobility issues. Grab bar and toilet paper too far from toilet.
