Once a regular - moving on
Pros:

Breakfast was the usual: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins...etc. Nothing special, but saved us from having to spend more money on another meal out.

Cons:

We're long time users of this hotel; however, we're moving on. The pool was exceptionally cold (and we've never had an issue with this), and the hotel now allows swimming lessons on weekdays and locals to use the pool all week. While I understand the desire for a sense of community, we always hope for fewer people at the pool when we go as my child is sensitive to loud noises. We just aren't impressed with up to 20 people in the small pool - none of them paying for a room as we were. Unfortunately, we also had huge ants - not only in our room, but visible on the hallway carpet and walls. I know this just needs an exterminator, but not what I want to see. My husband had bites.

It was alright
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. Pee on the toilet seat and hair on a fresh towel above the toilet. Little flies on the shower floor I couldn’t give my son a bath I had him stand. The bench by the window was all sticky so had to go buy Lysol wipes to clean it. The chairs in the room had hair all over them and dirty. Over all didn’t feel it was clean

Pros:

We were on the 3rd floor it was very quiet the whole weekend the bed was comfortable, and the temperature of room was also comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good we usually eat the waffles and bring our own strawberries and cream

Its a nice minihotel, next to supermarkets and gas stations.

If you’re just looking to rest your head for the night, you can’t beat the price for the quality
Pros:

No meats. Eggs were almost like rubber balls. Staff should read up on the causes of that. The other breakfast staples like cereals, yogurt, waffles were available and were likely fine.
