good for 1 over night stay only if you have no other choices
Pros:

basic room available. $100 +tax as of 10/26.

Cons:

No bedside lamps. Horrible overhead lighting. bad art. loud in-room HVAC. Loud in-room mini fridge. moldy shower curtain. last renovated in 2019, built in 2008, the whole place has a patina of deferred maintenance.

Everything was good except the breakfast,

The location and cleanliness

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible wasn’t enough food and the person supposed to keep it stocked was not to friendly or doing his job. The breakfast needs a big improvement.

A great place but i wished their breakfast hours were'nt so late to start.
Pros:

The room was great and the price was right.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like that on a weekeday breakfast was not served until 8 am. Most other places have breakfast starting form 6 am on a weekday. For those travelling, 8 am is a little bit too late.

Pros:

The staff was always available and very responsive. Room, breakfast and amenities very good in relation to price.

Cons:

1.,Hotel is in a dead zone for cell service even with the hotels WiFi phone did not work well. Might have been a combination issue if the service and the phone but it was a little annoying.
2. For your safety. … Check the locks on the windows…the usual “rightee/tightee” was not applicable so a visual check might leave windows open and accessible

Disappointed.
Cons:

Was charged 3 times (confirmed with credit card company). Requested a printed receipt- couldn’t provide/printer was down. Was told I’d get an email receipt- still haven’t received (12 hours later).
No soap or shampoo in room. Wifi constantly went in and out.

Cons:

Was missing a coffee maker in the room. Don’t know if that was intended or someone stole it but having coffee before leaving the room is my preference
