Had a wonderful stay over New Years. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to friends
Pros:

Close to everything, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and good parking.

Cons:

Did not have smart TV access even though the TV had the capability, it was disabled. I was able to use my airplay so it worked out.

Friendly, comfy and convenient!
Pros:

The service was friendly and extremely helpful!

Cons:

Maybe if there were sheer blinds as well as the thick ones, just to have natural light while still having privacy.

Overall the room was just okay considering the high price that we paid.
Pros:

The location of the property was good. It is about a block away from the water.

Cons:

Our room was located in the lower level next to the maid’s work room. We were awakened early each morning with noise from the work room. The room had a view of an unkempt garden area and the backyard of the adjoining house.

The Gables is a gem in the heart of Sausalito. I would definitely revisit this property.
Pros:

The location of the property is perfect and in the heart of Sausalito. Restaurants, shopping and sight seeing were all just a few steps away. The staff there, Zach and Matt were very helpful and had amazing recommendations for local restaurants to visit.

You can’t go wrong with The Gables in Sausalito.
Pros:

The inn itself is lovely, perfectly located close to shops and eateries. Our room could not have been more comfortable: high ceilings, good lighting, immaculate. The staff had great suggestions for nearby restaurants. The icing on the cake was how graciously they accommodated my fiber arts instructor and two of us students for a workshop in their lobby. Onsite parking for a small fee is a lucky extra.

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect.

Beautiful and very comfortable.
Pros:

Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Everything one could need. Coffee making facilities, a kettle was provided on request together with nice wine glasses, ice for the ice bucket provided.

Ample parking which was good value for money considering how difficult it is to park in the town.

Very friendly hosting staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely views over the bay from well ventilated rooms. Stylish decour, sofas, tables etc with fresh flowers in vases, dinning table and back up supplies of tea, coffee water, cutlery etc in beautifully appointed reception room/ common lounge.

Great location, personable staff, clean and spacious - definitely recommend!
Pros:

Darling inn located perfectly for walking everywhere. Plenty of space in room & bathroom - and the balcony was a bonus with views of the bay. The staff was engaging and took time to find out what we were interested in doing, and made specific recommendations for dinner, breakfast, etc. - we took all suggestions and had great meals!

Cons:

The parking is very tight and challenging.

Tha Gable’s Inn is a sweet location with some rooms having a beautiful view of the bay!
Pros:

Gables on location was perfect! Sausalito is a wonderful city! Very accessible to San Francisco and Napa!

Cons:

Needs a little TLC. A little paint goes a long way.
