The perfect stay in Sausalito
Pros:

It was very cosy and clean with fresh flowers everyday in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and Zachariah gave us good tips for how to spend a day in Sausalito!

The carpet in the guest room needs to be replaced immediately. It is in terrible shape. I have never stayed at a hotel where the room seems to be neglected.

Had a wonderful stay over New Years. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to friends
Pros:

Close to everything, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and good parking.

Cons:

Did not have smart TV access even though the TV had the capability, it was disabled. I was able to use my airplay so it worked out.

Cons:

Maybe if there were sheer blinds as well as the thick ones, just to have natural light while still having privacy.

Overall the room was just okay considering the high price that we paid.
Pros:

The location of the property was good. It is about a block away from the water.

Cons:

Our room was located in the lower level next to the maid’s work room. We were awakened early each morning with noise from the work room. The room had a view of an unkempt garden area and the backyard of the adjoining house.

The Gables is a gem in the heart of Sausalito. I would definitely revisit this property.
Pros:

The location of the property is perfect and in the heart of Sausalito. Restaurants, shopping and sight seeing were all just a few steps away. The staff there, Zach and Matt were very helpful and had amazing recommendations for local restaurants to visit.
