Pros:

Loved the sea view and the room

Cons:

Waited an hour for breakfast. Appeared to be an ordering issue.

Well worth considering- comfortable bed and plenty to do locally
Pros:

Outstanding view and convenient location to walk into town- pleasant ambience and historic feel. Staff were attentive and polite.

Cons:

Paid top price for balcony with sea view- which was obscured by scaffolding. No alternatives available. Toaster screeched through breakfast
Otherwise fine.

The sea view was awsome, my birthday lady was smiling all day!!
Short walk to beach for a cold morning swim and to the town in the evening.

Cons:

Parking, although I appreciate the challenge in that area.

Lovely Hotel, great sea views
Pros:

A really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner was really nice and the facilties were great including the pool and jacuzzi. The spa was lovely and the treatments on offer were great. There were lovely sea views from the restaurant and it was less then a 5 minute walk to the beach. The town was only 15 mins away and had lots of nice shops and cafes.

Cons:

Nothing

Warm and welcoming with a great location
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, spa facilities a nice extra.

Cons:

More info in rooms about meal times and offerings would be useful, rather than having to decide on check-in while looking at a printout… I didn’t find the bed or pillows very comfortable but appreciate everyone prefers different things!

Really loved the hotel and would come back.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly - everywhere. Everywhere seemed fresh and modern as though it has been recently refreshed. Facilities at the hotel were good - the spa area is very nice and bar and restaurants - also very nice. Location was great - beautiful views of the sea. Definitely a place I would come back to.

Cons:

Food was a bit disappointing - it was ok but not great. At breakfast it was clear that the bacon and sausage had been pre-cooked because it was hard. We had one evening meal there and my husband's steak was not cooked as requested - it was well done. Also they had run out of peppercorn sauce and had no alternative. I had the mushroom risotto which was a bit stodgy. The only other thing that guests need to be aware of is that the parking spaces are very narrow.
