Thank you soo much i love staying
You get what you pay for, the price is not bad. The room is tiny, the parking is not secure, the breakfast was the worst part. The desk service is mediocre.
I'll choose Holiday Inn Express for my next visit.

Was a nice place to stay, convenient to continue traveling.
My first time in Chihuahua city and this property is ideal for shopping and dining. There is this area called Distrito Uno and it has everything you want for dining options. The hotel was clean, great location, front desk was helpful. My only negatives are that there is no mini fridge in room,and safe in room. Also the TV appeared to be a smart tv but we could not stream any Netflix or other apps on the TV. Otherwise, cleaning service was great, location was awesome and would stay there again. Also the two securities guards are very nice men and gave great recommendations to local restaurants that are yummy. Tacos, etc.

Everything was fine except the second day of my stay the coffee machine broke down. On my 4 day after being released from the hospital there was several different kind of people knocking on my room door. Too much noise through the hallways. Being an energy efficient hotel they should have quiet period of times for their guests. Specially the ones that go for a surgery much rest is needed and since they have an agreement with star medic they should be more cautious with those details.
