Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.
There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.
All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.
Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.
- Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit
- Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay
- Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay
- Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat
Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping.
Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am.
Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Room was comfortable , very clean, bathtub was excellent.Breakfast was very good . Location is just perfect, walking distance to all major attractions. View from the hotel on canal is definitely plus. Personal was very pleasant, always smelling , very kind and helpful

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral!
Das Personal, mit dem wir zu tun hatten (Rezeptionist und die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet) waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Man hat viele „Kleinigkeiten“, die sich allerdings in der Summe häuften, bemerkt (schlecht verarbeitetes Laminat, übermalte Farbe an den Zargen, aufgequollenes Holz im Badezimmer, nicht festsitzende Steckdosen und - völlig befremdlich- keine Tür zum Badezimmer/WC, nur ein Vorhang!
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Insgesamt fehlt in meinen Augen der Blick fürs Detail und Sauberkeit.
Canal view was great. Shower was good, room was ok
