Important information:

Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.
- Extra pillow: € 2.50 per unit
- Tea kettle: € 5.00 per stay
- Service fee € 5.00 per person per stay
- Extra towel package € 10 per person per stay and includes 2 large towels,2 small towels,1 bath mat

Please note that no intermediate housekeeping service is provided during your stay. Towels are not replaced automatically but can be asked free at the reception desk or housekeeping.

Heating policy in winter: The heating is automatically provided at a max. of 20 degrees in the rooms from 4.00pm - 10.30am.

Renovation/construction/maintenance work for the exterior/interior of public spaces and rooms will be carried out from 01/01/26 to 31/12/26Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Localização perto do centro.
Quarto com vista para o canal.
Boas condições do quarto.
Pequeno almoço era bom.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto (havia cabelos na cama, nas toalhas de banho e no chão).
Almofadas pouco confortáveis (e se quisesse mais quantidade, tinha de pagar).
Hotel em remodelação com zonas só cimentadas e com tubagem à mostra.
Temperatura do quarto estava bem, mas se quisesse aumentar, tinha de pagar uma taxa extra.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, junto a uno de los canales , cerca del centro pero en zona alejada del turismo masivo. Buen desayuno .Personal amable .
Nos dieron una habitación con vista al canal que fue de ensueño

Colazione a buffet con non monte opcional ma buona

Cons:

Camera in mansarda estremamente calda senza condizionatore, abbiamo dormito con le fineste aperte ma non era suficiente , come non bastasse infestato di zanzare. Il bahno é tipo modulare sembra di quelli chimici, vista sulla strada molto rumorosa. Non siamo riusciti a dormire! NON consiglio!!

L'emplacement top.
Le réceptionniste souriant et bienveillant.
L'arrêt de bus, desservant la gare, au pied de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner très simple mais appreciable.

Cons:

Le couloir donnant à la chambre !! Pas de plafond, canalisations apparentes...

Chambre très petite, sans rideaux (serait appreciable avec tous les bateaux qui passent au raz de la fenêtre).

La ubicación esta muy bien, al lado de un lindo canal. El desayuno es correcto.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, sin aire acondicionado. El baño no es cómodo para nada. El hotel estaba en obra por lo que había polvo y a mi pareja le dio alergia.

Low Budget im Herzen von Brügge. Zimmerwahl beachten

Sehr nah am Zentrum. Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Qualität des Aufenthaltes setzt sich zusammen aus Zimmergröße, Ausstattung, Geräuschpegel, Ausblick und Privatsphäre. Stark abhängig von gebuchtem bzw. zugeteiltem Zimmer. Detaillierte Aufschlüsselung wäre wünschenswert.

I was perfectly happy using this hotel for my three day stay in Brugges.
Pros:

For a budget, no frills, hotel in a great central location in Brugges this hotel is well worth considering.

Cons:

The hotel is clean and functional but is for those who want a cheaper place to stay. That isn’t a criticism it’s just the way the hotel is set up. Don’t expect lots of space and frills and you’ll be fine.
