Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Perfectly located hotel next to the beautiful Bruges canals in a picturesque area,walking distance to main sights.Good buffet breakfast tool with eggs,ham and cheese.

Ligging en vriendelijk aan de receptie

Cons:

Warmte op de kamer en ontbijt. Maar 2 soorten koeken en je mocht geen koffie meenemen op de kamer. Geen roereitje en is precies ne refter waar je zit te ontbijten

В день заезда мы приехали в 13 часов к отелю и не было понятно как вообще попасть внутрь. На ресепшн никого не было, зайти внутрь удалось только благодаря выходящим жильцам. В целом номер нормальный, но раковина стоит прямо в номере, перед кроватью, а туалет с ванной находятся буквально в шкафу, никаких герметичных стен, вы будете слышать все звуки и запаха из туалете, если едете с возлюбленным - это может сломать вам всю романтику.

Der einzige positive Punkt an diesem Hotel ist die Lage – sie ist wirklich gut. Auch das Parken war mit 22 € pro Tag in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus möglich, was zumindest praktikabel war.
Alles andere war jedoch leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand: Die Wände waren komplett verdreckt und das Badezimmer wirkte unfertig – die Wände waren teilweise nicht verputzt und es befand sich sogar ein Loch in der Decke. (Das Licht auf den Klo geht alle 20 Sekunden aus)
Zusätzlich war es extrem laut. Der Straßenlärm war so stark, als würde das Fenster dauerhaft offen stehen, wodurch an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war.
Auch die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Die Bettwäsche roch nicht wirklich frisch und im Mülleimer befand sich noch Müll der vorherigen Gäste. Insgesamt wirkte alles sehr kalt und steril, ohne jegliche Deko oder Gemütlichkeit.
Der Service war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Nachdem ich die Probleme an der Rezeption angesprochen habe, wurde sehr unsympathisch reagiert. Statt Verständnis oder Entgegenkommen gab es lediglich Verweise auf das Kleingedruckte. (ist okay, wenn eine Baustelle angekündigt wird, aber ich kann kein unfertiges Zimmer für knapp 190€ die Nacht vermieten)
Besonders negativ sind zudem die Zusatzkosten für Selbstverständlichkeiten: Heizen vor Sonnenuntergang kostet 15 € (bei einem eiskalten Zimmer absolut unverständlich), ein Föhn ebenfalls 15 €.
Nicht einmal ein kleines Wasser wird zur Verfügung gestellt. (Im Automaten gibt es Wasser zu einem unverschämten Preis. 2,50€ für 0,25 Liter)
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nicht erwähnenswert, konnte beim Buchen aber nicht abgewählt werden.
Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tesise 15.30’dan önce gelseniz de odanıza asla giremiyorsunuz.Kat görevlisi bayanlar ingilizce bilmiyor.Resepsiyonda her zaman birisi yok.Odalarda revizyondan dolayı eksik çok.Şampuan yok,küçük bi sabun vardı sadece .Odada lavabo olması saçma olmuş.Kıyafet sadece kapının arkasında askı var oraya asıyorsunuz.114 nolu odada kaldık.Duşta perde ya da kapı yoktu .biz çifttik sorun etmedik ama sorun aslında.

Pros:

Ter Reien is een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf in Brugge. Het is gelegen aan de rand van het drukke toeristisch centrum.. er zijn terrasjes in de onmiddellijke buurt. Het onthaal was heel hartelijk en het ontbijt prima voor de prijs die we betaalden. Ik begrijp de vrij lage score van dit hotel niet. Volgens ons een van de beste locaties op gebied van prijs-kwaliteit in Brugge. . Ook heel rustig ondanks het feit dat het volzet was. Alles is heel goed georganiseerd en krijgt over alles een duidelijk emailbericht.

Cons:

Dat er geen deur was naar de badkamer. Eigenlijk is dat maar een detail.

Worked well for us for 2 nights and is worth returning!
Pros:

Location was amazing! Along the canal and so close to all the main streets!
Despite fairly low Booking.com raiting our room was looking better then we expected. By that I mean it was specious enough, had quite fresh bathroom, not too hot nor too cold, very comfortable mattress and bed overall, so we were pretty pleased!

Cons:

The only negative was a very basic breakfast (without omelette and any vegs). Just ham & cheese, bread, boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, oats and corn flakes, juices, fresh apples and coffee. Enough to not stay hungry, but adding a bit more variety could improve it by a lot.
