Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Not inclusive roomprice, supplements:- Hairdryer: these are available at reception (from 08.30am-14pm for a supplement of €5.00.

La ubicación. El acceso en autobús desde la estación. La habitación muy bien con vista al canal y un buen baño privado. Desayuno justo y completo.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, Frühstück okay, aber immer das gleiche Angebot

Cons:

Man bekommt ständig automatisierte Mails, Aufforderung zur Online-Bezahlung, obwohl keine Vorauszahlung vereinbart ist. Besetzung der Rezeption stimmt nicht mit der Buchung überein. Frische Handtücher kosten 15 Euro, ein Fön zur Ausleihe 5 Euro. Das ist einfach nur kleinliche Geldmacherei und in einem Hotel nicht üblich.

Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel, het ontbijt was onzettend goed!
Wij kregen per persoon 2 handdoeken en anderhaf rol wc papier.
Vanuit het hotel was alles goed aan te lopen!

Cons:

Wij verbleven 4 nachten en pas als je 5 dagen verbleef kreeg je schone lakens en handdoeken.
Dat had voor mijn wel eerder gemogen. We waren met 3 volwassenen en kregen maar anderhalf rol wc papier. Dat vond ik wat minder.
Ook lagen er overal blonde lange haren zelfs tussen de extra dekens die in de kast lagen.( Over hygiëne gesproken)

L'absence d'eau chaude dans les chambres durant 24h ,et également l'absence d'une personne au niveau de la réception.

WARNING! This accommodation is more like a self service hostel than a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is being unlawfully advertised as a much higher grade than it actually is.
The Tourism Authority have advised that they have written to the hotel urgently requesting they adjust and refrain from using stars, as they have not been awarded a Comfort Classification. The Tourism Authority has also advised that enforcement proceedings for the unlawful use of the comfort classification (2 stars) have been initiated.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal. La chambre était propre et les lits très confortables. Le réceptionniste était très aimable. Le petit-déjeuner était complet.
