Canalview Hotel Ter Reien is a self check-in hotel, where no 24-hour front desk is available.

There will be staff present at the reception between 14:00 and 20:00.

All information about check-in and staff presence will be provided before stay.

Pros:

Un emplacement proche du centre-ville, un bon accueil, une bonne literie, un coin calme et un bon petit déjeuner, voilà les cinq paramètres d'un séjour réussi. Et votre hôtel réunit tous les ingrédients. Encore Merci.

Lovely staff and great rooms
Pros:

The rooms were compact but clean and modern. The location is great, a short walk to all the attractions of Brugge.

Die Lage war super. Wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel super das Zimmer modern und einfach gestaltet.

Cons:

Wir fanden die Zimmer ziemlich kalt und fanden es sehr unkomfortabel dass man die Raumtemperatur nur bis 20 Grad einstellbar war. Da wir unser Zimmer direkt am Kanalwasser war wurde es dadurch zusätzlich kalt.

La accesibilidad del hotel al centro era muy buena, a menos de 5 minutos caminando ya estabas en el centro de Brugges, cama muy cómoda, al igual que el baño, el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

Muy poca atención al cliente de manera física en el hotel, una de las puertas de la habitación tenía problemas para abrir, se encuentra en plena avenida, por lo cual es posible tener ruido de ambiente por la noche, los días que hospedamos, estaban realizando trabajos de reforma, por lo que había mucho polvillo y ruido en el hotel.

Scarsa pulizia (capelli altrui tra le lenzuola)
Assenza di servizi (nessuna pulizia giornaliera, solo saponetta presente, assenza di asciugacapelli o meglio noleggio a pagamento a 5 euro,assenza di armadi ma solo ganci alla porta del wc, assenza di comodini ed appoggi di ogni genere).
In caso di emergenza non c’è alcun telefono in camera o modo per avvisare (unico telefono in reception) ed il personale è presente in reception solo dalle 14 alle 18 in settimana, non nel we.
Check in e check out sono a tua cura online nel we.
Tutti questi elementi sono stati comunicati dopo la prenotazione ed il pagamento, così come il fatto che le camere potevano differire da quelle in foto causa lavori (ed infatti nel nostro bagno o meglio 1 m2 cieco con solo wc mancava il pavimento ed il sensore della luce l’accendeva per 15 secondi, nella seconda stanza prenotata il cartongesso era ancora da finire) e tutto questo disagio pagando il sovrapprezzo della vista canale per una stanza e la stessa cifra rispetto alla terza stanza prenotata che era ristrutturata.

Great location, but we felt it was not nice to have to take your own shampoo and hairdryer. A bit mean.

No shampoo, not not much toilet roll. Small rooms.
