It was a lovely resort with nice clean updated rooms and nice amenities
Pros:

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was such a great amount of space for my mom, my two kids and myself. The room was lovely. They did a good job of bringing what was a dated 90s aesthetic up to modern day standards.

Cons:

would have preferred to have fans in the rooms the bedroom got hot at night. Also the exhaust fan in the second bathroom needed to be stronger. The bathroom got mighty steamy mighty fast and I take short showers. Would have loved a hot tub in the indoor pool room. There was a sign that mentioned a spa..but no spa. And an air hockey table in the game room would be nice as well

Wonderful location, solid value.

Superb hotel nearby Colonial Williamsburg at a price you can't beat
Pros:

The room was huge and the facilities, grounds, and rooms were all well-kept. The grills and common areas were great places to hang out after long days at Busch Gardens, and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Cons:

The check-in experience could be a little quicker, but the staff is super friendly and provided a lot of detailed information.

I would definitely stay here again! Bluegreen is always top notch!

Plenty of room for 4 people! The price was great also.

Clean, spacious, modern. 5 minute walk to CW!
Pros:

Five minute walk to colonial Williamsburg at the capital end! Clean, spacious, very modern one bedroom apartment with everything we needed. Fireplace was a nice feature. Also enjoyed playing pool and ping-pong in the game room. Didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked very nice and seemed warm.

Everything was great!

Great Family Vacation Spot
Pros:

Latte might check in was very polite and welcoming. Facilities were quiet and family friendly, with close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg. The indoor salt water pool is great for a relaxation moment after exploring.

Cons:

Bedrooms we small to maneuver, but beds are big and comfortable... however I'd rather have the big bed and less walking space, so it's not a true con.

Pros:

Loved that it was walking distance from colonial Williamsburg

Cons:

The master bedroom doors wouldn’t stay closed. They used these weird double doors where the lock didn’t line up with the hole. Might just be the room I had but either way. Other than that it was perfect.
