Friendly, comfortable and great value for money!
Pros:

The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. It's a bit farther out from downtown Williamsburg than other main hotels, but at the same time closer to the Colonial restoration and to Busch Gardens, and right across from a pasture with horses grazing nearby: excellent view. The room was spacious and comfortable overall, and the kitchen area well appointed. Excellent value for money!

Cons:

I ran into some complications with trying to extend my stay because I had a booking.com reservation -- it might be good for the hotel to streamline their connection with them a bit. Also, there was some kind of leak of water on the kitchen floor from the sink/dishwasher varea. But these were minor hiccups in an overall very pleasant stay.

Our stay was great, wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay! My husband actually said that he wished we could have that exact room everywhere we travel. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath room with full kitchen & LR. It was very spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable & parking was convenient. We were very pleased, tremendous value for our family! Check-in was easy. The staff members were very polite. Only positives to say about our stay!! 😁

Cons:

I truly can’t think of a thing.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

This was a quiet stay (in April) that was perfect for getting away. Close to everything but quiet for relaxation.

It had nice space for the cost but my 1st floor 2 bdrm unit felt a little closed in/dated.
Pros:

It was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an eating area and/or area to play games and sit with each other. The full size fridge was nice to keep left overs and personal food items too.

Cons:

Our first floor room felt a little on display except when we closed our curtains. While I appreciate the safety of a unopenable window on the first floor, I felt a bit stuffy without any fresh air and having one of the bedrooms without a window. There were only two small windows for the whole unit. It felt a little weird being in the time share place versus a true hotel.
