I would definitely stay here again! Bluegreen is always top notch!
Pros:

Plenty of room for 4 people! The price was great also.

Cons:

I really wished there was a breakfast available.

Clean, spacious, modern. 5 minute walk to CW!
Pros:

Five minute walk to colonial Williamsburg at the capital end! Clean, spacious, very modern one bedroom apartment with everything we needed. Fireplace was a nice feature. Also enjoyed playing pool and ping-pong in the game room. Didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked very nice and seemed warm.

Cons:

Everything was great!

Great Family Vacation Spot
Pros:

Latte might check in was very polite and welcoming. Facilities were quiet and family friendly, with close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg. The indoor salt water pool is great for a relaxation moment after exploring.

Cons:

Bedrooms we small to maneuver, but beds are big and comfortable... however I'd rather have the big bed and less walking space, so it's not a true con.

Pros:

Loved that it was walking distance from colonial Williamsburg

Cons:

The master bedroom doors wouldn’t stay closed. They used these weird double doors where the lock didn’t line up with the hole. Might just be the room I had but either way. Other than that it was perfect.

Walked from the room to the historic sites in Williamsburg
Pros:

It was clean. Location was needless to say supurb. We were 3 blocks from Historic Williamsburg Capital. Really enjoyed Christmas season at Williamsburg.

Cons:

1. To be honest, it was hard to know who was my landlord. I had trouble reaching you, but did eventually contact the hotel with questions. 2. Be sure to specify that laundry comes with the room. I couldn;t tell if it came with the room or was a hotel thing that I had to pay for. 3. To be honest, haha, I couldn't tell if parking was available to all guests. We finally called the hotel and asked them.

Pros:

Location and size of the room.

Cons:

Asked for late checkout and was only given 11am.
Prepaid for the room months ago and at check in was told there are extra new fees to pay for parking. Usually when you prepay that’s it. I understand there was a name change and maybe more but my original rate should have been honored.

We loved it here and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and continued to check in on us. Everything was so clean! We loved the free laundry facilities including detergent. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with the sofa sleeper. It was perfect for our family of 5. The coloring sheets and crayons were perfect for our kids with the rainy weather. Also, a luggage cart was always accessible. The kitchenette and dining table was much needed for our family comprised of three toddlers. The landscaping was really thriving for this late in the session.

Cons:

The water pressure wasn’t great but the water was always hot, so that’s appreciated. The cable would freeze up and buffer; the WiFi did the same.
