Pros:

In principal locatia, exact in port, mi-au placut camerele mari, baia de asemenea este spatioasa cu tot ce ai nevoie, curatenia. Privelistea de pe terasa a fost draguta, se vedea portul.

Cons:

Zona de spa era sub orice critica. In sauna nu se putea intra din cauza mirosului extrem de neplacut (imi este rusine sa scriu a ce mirosea), iar piscina cu jacuzzi era foarte murdara pe margini, de culoare verde, semn ca nimei nu a curatat-o de ceva vreme. Era mizerie in toata zona de spa, nu a fost deloc o experienta placuta, dimpotriva, motiv pentru care nici nu am stat. Am fost foarte dezamagita mai ales ca alegerea hotelului a avut legatura cu acest aspect, faptul ca exista o zona SPA. De la un hotel de 4 stele aveam alte asteptari. Micul dejun sub asteptari, nu prea am avut mare lucru de ales, nu mi-a placut deloc. Dincolo de aceste aspecte, angajatii de la receptie erau destul de plictisiti, si nu pareau deloc incantati sa ne primeasca, abia daca salutau cand treceam pe la receptie. Per total nu a fost o experienta placuta, incat sa revin la acet hotel.

Cortesia dei dipendenti (mi hanno anche fatto un upgrade della stanza gratuito)

Cons:

Forse un tempo era 4 stelle ma non adesso...
C'è un bel po' da ristrutturare.
Aggiungerei qualche seduta in più alla piscina interna ed una seconda scelta per i cuscini.

Weekend di relax
Pros:

Weekend a Ischia assolutamente da ripetere. Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto, sulle due vie principali e a 3 minuti dal capolinea dei bus per spostarsi sull'isola. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera standard molto più grande della media, con terrazzino che portava direttamente alla piscina termale esterna al quinto piano con vista porto. Abbiamo scelto una formula mezza pensione e non avremmo potuto fare scelta più azzeccata: colazione eccellente e varia, con materie prime di prima qualità e cena con piatti tipici e non più che soddisfacente! Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto lo staff, in particolar modo ad Alberigo della reception e Vincenzo e Manola del ristorante, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero super!

Forse si potrebbero migliorare i cuscini in camera.

Posizione della struttura vicinissimo allo scalo degli aliscafi, ottimo cibo, personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Spa non vigilata, personale quasi assente, bambini piccoli di 8 anni anche meno all'interno della piscina coperta che si tuffano dal bordo come fosse una piscina comunale e non un ana spa. Persone maleducate che urlano gente che entra con scarpe vestita per salutare altri all'interno e nessuno che faccia nulla per impedirlo o cmq vigilare sui comportamenti della gente incivile.
Si presume che uno vada in spa per rilassarsi e con certa gente é stato impossibile. Fatto presente al checkout e l'unica cosa che mi hanno risposto é stato un mi dispiace. Va bene le scuse ma magari sarebbe stato più professionale e dovuto un piccolo sconto sul totale es. Aperitivo offerto o acqua ai pasti compresi come segno di scuse. Cmq per il resto l'hotel merita e sicuramente le persone maleducate puoi trovarle ovunque solo in po' piu di attenzione ai comportamenti perché r il personale che deve intervenire e non il cliente che deve discutere. Ultima cosa un 4 stelle in camera minimo mette un bollitore con del thè e offre la prima acqua all'arrivo.
Nella spa area relax solo acqua non in the una mela ......particolari da migliorare.
