hay mucho ruido por las mañanas por parte del personal, algunas habitaciones están frente al área de buffet
El lugar tiene áreas verdes muy agradables y las habitaciones son espaciosas.

The staff are very polite and respectful. They are also very helpful. The location is perfect and the food is very good.
It could be a little noisy in the mornings, not too bad but it could be uncomfortable if you want to sleep in.
We loved the space and well trained staff of the hotel. The building has history and facilities are excellent. We really enjoyed its tennis court, spacious green area and convenient location in the city of Patzucuaro. We would love to come back for the famous Day of the Dead in November. We had our dog with us and tge hotel was so accommodating. We saw few other dogs other than ours.
The only thing was that the room didn't have a fridge nor microwave oven. I know it was not usually equipped in a hotel room but it would make our stay 100% perfect if they did.

La alberca esta demasiado fria, no pude meter a mi niño al agua, había avispas en ella y picaron a mi sobrina, la comida es muy cara dentro de la hacienda incluyendo el restaurante, la cafetera en la habitación no servía, pero igual eso lo puedo pasar
El hotel es impresionante, los jardines muy bonitos, el personal sumamente amable.
La cama que me tocó estaba un poco dura, pero en general todo estuvo genial.

Pueden mejorar el área de la cancha de tenis, tenerla óptima.
Habitación 107 pésima, está prácticamente dentro del restaurant, musica hasta 10:00 pm, empezaron a instalar su bufett desde las 5:30

Lo más bonito fueron los jardines.
La puerta de nuestro cuarto estaba rota y se podía abrir aún con seguro. Pedimos cambio de habitación por seguridad y la habitación a la que nos mandaron ni siquiera tenía hechas las camas. Nos cambiaron nuevamente de habitación y las llaves no funcionaban. Pedimos dos llaves y ninguna funcionaba, las volvieron a configurar y volvieron a fallar, nos terminaron dando una llave maestra. Nos hicieron servicio a la habitación y al ser 4 huéspedes necesitamos 4 toallas, nos dejaron 2. Tuvimos que pedir más toallas múltiples veces y nos ignoraron.El baño no tenía ventilación ni extractor, entonces después de bañarse no había forma de liberar el vapor y todo terminaba empapado. El es usado tiraba agua y se encharcaba en baño. Las camas suuuper flojas y uno de hunde además si te quedas un poco en la orilla te caes.
Fuimos a cenar al restaurante del hotel y las malteadas que pedimos ni siquiera eran malteadas eran un raspado. Además las malteadas de vainilla no especificaban que tuvieran chocolate, es absurdo. Desayunamos un día en el bufet del hotel que decía que tenía descuento para los huéspedes, el bufet estuvo muy caro para lo que es, aún con el descuento no lo vale. Además el mesero nos ignoró todo el tiempo, pedimos la cuenta múltiples veces y nos ignoraban una y otra vez. Cuando al fin nos trajeron la cuenta y pedí la terminal para pagar con tarjeta, el mesero nos dijo que no se podía cuando la mesa de al lado acababa de pagar con tarjeta. Tuve que ir a la recepción a pedir que me cobraran.
El agua de la alberca estaba helada, en ningun momento estuvo ni siquiera templada, imposible disfrutarla. El internet falló todo el tiempo, muy mala señal, inestable y lento. Finalmente no hay señal de telefonía, las llamadas se cortan.
La facilidad en cuanto el check inn, la ubicación el personal fue muy amable, la ubicación muy conveniente
