Todo perfecto ...se nos quedaron 3 anillos en la habitación y nos dimos cuenta hasta que estábamos en Zihuatanejo, llamamos al Hotel y los tenian resguardados.... Son excelentes

Great property and location but zero flexibility and type of services for the guest

Very nice staff but they could provide more help with activities fir turist like boat rebtals, turist information where to go … they just have tours packages but that is not ideal for every traveker I would have expect more infirmation and help

Cons:

The food was just buffet style for all meals breakfaat was mot even included when the room fee was 700usd per night I would have expect at least the breakfast to be included included. When I asked if i could order food because I did not eant a full buffet they said it was not possible. So i had all my meals outside the hotel to experience local cousine. I was expectong given the cost of the room more flexibility for the guest on the food menu.
