Horrible
Pros:

The staff was disrespectful, as a Retired Military with a service animal the staff threatened to harm my service animal and I had to call the police.

Cons:

I plan on filling a civil lawsuit for my money back.
The staff called me at work on the military base Yelling at me being belligerent on my phone telling me to check out after I paid them for a week in full. The disrespectful staff refused to allow me to speak with the supervisor. And they showed homophobic retaliation and refused me to renew and to reimburse my money back. This was a horrible experience
I'm 55 years old stage 4 cancer and stage 3 cancer, this stresses me sick 🤢

Pros:

Nothing. If had roach and when * went to talk to booking.com they was no help. Really wish I didn't book but had nowhere to go. Now since they don't want to check me out on Sunday,I have to get check out on Saturday but I paid for the until stay. Thanks booking.com for not helping with the situation and I called numerous of times.

Cons:

I wish I would had stayed in my car instead of staying here. Very rude and disrespectful. Very mad but what can I do when nobody want to HELP.

Unsafe and Misrepresented Stay
I booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel had a strong, bad odor in the rooms and hallways, including smoke. The smell affected our belongings and was unsafe, especially since I was traveling with my 6-week-old baby.
There was undisclosed construction from 7 AM–5 PM, constant noise, and drug dealers and people loitering around the entrances, creating serious safety concerns. Management did not cooperate, so I had to leave after 2 nights and received no refund for the remaining 10 days of my reservation.
Not recommended, especially for families.

There was cookware and utensils in the room. My carpet and chair was stained. Definitely need to replace and the room was not clean thoroughly. House keeping lie so they wouldn’t have to clean the room on the day that it was available. Overall, it was quiet and I was on tight budget.
