El Dorado Maroma Cenote, Underground Expedition All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

Decent all inclusive. Had issues with room leaking water and bought a romantic dinner on the beach package to have them show up late and for us to get bite up by mosquitos

This property is perfect if you are looking to rest and relax. The location is beautiful, and the resort is small and quiet. Overall the food was higher quality than most all inclusive resorts. This is not a “party” resort.

The service was outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was beautifully served and delicious. The spa provided the best relaxation experience. The beach has white sand and turquoise water. The activities were fun and well programmed.This is a paradise.

We loved our stay at El Dorado Maroma! The resort is the perfect size for a couples getaway. We were very happy with all the additional perks, including the hotel transportation and the catamaran and snorkeling tour. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They worked hard every morning to clear any sargassum that accumulated on the beach. The spa services were top notch and we enjoyed the food at each restaurant. Make sure you visit the Taqueria for lunch. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I think it is a property that should have more exposure. There is nice long clean beaches that has trees and shade. The beach doesn't have waves. Which makes it swimable out front. They have lifeguards. I didnt know that there has activities include like the waterpark, catamaran, and two water pools in the jungle. The food is amazing, you dont sign the room number. No beach vendors. Many a places to drink and eat. Amazing food no buffet.

Excellent hotel in the Riviera Maya! The beach is amazing nothing compared with CanCun/Playa del Carmen, it is just a paradise. The hotel is great, amazing service, everyone goes the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable and happy. The food was outstanding (for an all inclusive standards). The activities included (Catamaran/cenetos/cave/waterpatk) were great. If you want to treat yourself with a massage, don’t hesitate to book one, the facilities are great and the service was outstanding.
Definitely this is not a party destination (everything closes between 10-11) instead wants a relax time in a great place then this might be a great option.

Smaller resort that was not crowded. Excellent dining and food options. Great service.

Private and secluded; staff and service top notch and very friendly and accommodating; swim-up suite in bldg 12 is great; over water bungalow w/ butler service is extraordinary; choose your room option iaw your preferences for quiet vs central vs high floor/swim-up vs luxury; property is beautifully maintained; dining options and local sourcing on resort was very good even for off-season; WiFi coverage strong throughout resort; transport to/from airport both shared and private was very helpful esp for first-timers; spa was nice; shows and events were simple and entertaining; excursions were well-managed by team and fun and memorable. A+ highly recommend for all inclusive and adults-only; low-decisions but with plenty of options; and, high-quality food and services for the slightly pickier guests.

Went with my husband would recommend and will be back the staff was so polite and helpful.

Quiet and small property. About a half hour from airport in a very secluded forest area. Only other resorts around. Beautiful grounds. Everything is spread out but it’s relatively smaller property. Staff great. Pool area is nice. The beach is nice however there was a lot of seaweed at the time we went so it was not desirable to swim in the ocean. The food and drinks were mid. Not bad but not amazing. The staff were all super nice but not everything was communicated well as far as activities, events, menus, times things opened and closed etc. The place shuts down after dinner time so there isn’t much going on. They had nightly entertainment but it was meh. Room was very nice and clean. We stayed in junior suite with partial ocean view. No complaints about facility or rooms.

Loved the staff and how accommodating they were. The location was beautiful as well.

Everything was excellent. Especially the service from everyone. The food was good! Me being a water drinker, I couldn’t find natural spring water and that’s why I give it 4 stars.

Service was excellent! Food and drinks were great! We loved out private pool and the inclusive catamaran/snorkel trip. We also loved that we could swim with dolphins just a short walk from our room. 10 out of 10 for sure! Thank you! We will be back!
