The friendliness of the young man that checked us in. The location abd the hotel was super clean and the rooms very spacious and clean.

Decent but not great
Pros:

We stayed here for a conference at the full Gaylord Convention Center next door. The room and breakfast were fine. But... no safe in room and you need to pay $25 a day for parking, plus the pool was closed indefinitely.

Odor and No Response to Our Complaint
Pros:

The location and staff was polite

Cons:

Smell. The lobby smells like sewage. The front desk said that it was a grease pan nd they weren’t allowed to clean it. Made me physically sick. I had to email the GM and didn’t get a response. There wasn’t a desk in the room, they had a workspace downstairs on the lobby but it stunk so bad that I wasn’t able to work the entire weekend. Hallways were muggy. The pool was closed.

Light Breakfast in the mornings. Comfortable beds. Clean amenities. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The placement of the soap dispensers in the shower. A little too close to the body. I almost scratched myself on the pump. It could be a bit higher on the shower wall or in the front or back of the shower.
