Pros:

Location is great - very walkable to the convention I was attending. Breakfast was very good for a hotel.

Cons:

The sheets are a bit scratchy and the pillows were too soft.

Very satisfied. I would come back!
Pros:

The breakfast was stocked very well. Location was perfect for us. We took a shuttle which was provided for us at the Gaylord Hotel right next door. Close to downtown.

Pros:

I loved my stay @ The Hampton Inn & Suites National Harbor. The location was perfect and the Shuttle made it very easy to get around.

Cons:

If I had to share something I didn't like I would have to say there was no bacon for breakfast. 🙂 Never the less breakfast was delicious.

Great stay!
Pros:

We had a lovely time here. It was very cold and the heat in our room the first night didn’t work. Foday from maintenance came the next morning to check our heat and personally moved us to another room. He treated us like we were his parents. He got a cart and helped us make a smooth move. The hotel is very clean and the people are exceptional. We will stay here again.

Pros:

The clean room and spaciousness, as well as the proximity to all the activities. Breakfast was really good also.

Cons:

A very small detail, but the pullout did not have linens, and none were in the room, so I had to visit the front desk twice to get some brought to the room.
